Piano Lessons in Edgewood. Amazing Teachers.

My piano students study classical, Judeo - Christian, and certain ethnic styles. The December recital will feature two Beethoven Sonatas, a Bach Prelude and Minuet, "Hava Nagilah", and the three Latin favorites "La Cumparsita", "Miami Beach Rhumba", and "Tico Tico".

Jazz and classical piano lessons.

To paraphrase Johann Sebastian Bach: "Playing the piano is easy...all you have to do is play the right notes...." Seriously, whether you're just beginning, or whether you've been studying piano for years, playing the piano is a lot more fun and rewarding than playing Pokémon GO...and it will keep you out of trouble and out of other peoples' backyards.

Students will learn the fundamentals of playing the piano--everything from correct posture, reading by note, music theory, and performance preparation! As students progress, they can choose to focus more on Jazz, Broadway and movie themes, or Praise and Worship music. For more serious musicians, check out my Classical Piano page.

Studio Policy - Missed Lessons
If you must miss a lesson, please make every effort to notify the instructor at least 24 hours in advance. A make-up lesson may or may not be scheduled at the teacher’s discretion.
~ Any lesson which is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may be forfeited.
~ Lessons missed due to teacher cancellation will be rescheduled or credit given.
~ Make-up lessons cannot be rescheduled a second time, and if missed, you will be charged automatically for that lesson.
~ If a pattern of missed lessons develops, the student will be removed from the teacher’s weekly schedule.

I have studied piano from age 5, and have been teaching piano lessons since 2009. I have experience in early childhood beginner piano up to intermediate piano lessons. I am qualified to teach music theory, beginning improvisation, and music composition. Piano lessons can be lots of fun, let's get started!
