I am a Music Educator and coach, with a therapeutical approach to music education and sound healing. Music produces transformation by its practice and appreciation. On a program individually created, we will discuss a methodology and materials to support the client. It could be practicing songs, either songwriting, or discussing the listening of a curated repertoire. Also, a sound-bath concert played by me. In English, Español ou Português! Sessions are a very fun and practical way to learn and create your songs, as well being inspired by other tunes! It can be based on playing by ear or writing scores and chords. Also, includes training on technique, creativity and composing, to start putting your ideas together to create your own songs or your own arrangement for composers you like! Write your own music and tell your stories! * Sessions online and in studio in NYC and online worldwide too. Please ask for it by message! Practicing rhythms, melodies, harmonies, chords, you will develop your musicality and apply everything in your own life. Building confidence, a state of relaxation and creativity. • Music Appreciation • Learn different genres, styles, music from different parts of the world • Music History & Composer • Study composers and compare old & new styles • Interpretation and body movements • Rhythm practice • Working on memorizing technique And beyond music: • Language Development and Emergent Literacy • Social and Emotional Development • Cognition and General Knowledge • Physical and Motor Development • Approaches to Learning and Motivation * Please note I am not a music therapist in the US. I am specialized in working with the voice. Some call it 'toning'. In the 1980's I did much research in Egypt about temple harmonics, and use it in my toning sessions. I am a good overtone -polyphonic- singer, as well. (That’s singing two pitches at the same time) These tones are very helpful in slowing down brain waves, so one may meditate easier, and focus the mind on tasks. My lectures on sound and it's therapeutic effects may be found on-line.

Online Harp Lessons

Harp Lessons Online

The harp is an instrument that makes a soft, angelic sound. The harp has a long history as it is considered one of the world’s first instruments. Some believe the harp’s sound is meant to mimic that of a hunter’s bow. Today, the modern version of a harp has 47 strings with seven pedals that the harpist uses to control each string’s pitch.

While some musicians have a knack for picking up instruments and mastering them, that’s not the case for most music students. If you’re interested in developing your harp playing skills, then it’s a good idea to turn to harp lessons online. Here at TakeLessons, we invite you to learn the harp online, regardless of whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced student. With some time, patience, and practice, you will be well on your way to plucking the harp like a pro.

The Benefits of a Harp Course Online

If you’ve never touched a harp before, you’re going to want to learn the basics to help you improve. However, if you’re already happily plucking away, then perhaps you need advanced instruction to take your skills to the next level. The best part of signing up for our harp online classes is the opportunity to work with a certified harp teacher one-on-one. Whether you have certain questions or specific areas you want to focus on, your private teacher will devote all their attention to you.

With private instruction, you will receive the tools and guidance you need to achieve your harp playing dreams. Maybe you want to try out for your local orchestra or perhaps you just want a new hobby. Whatever goals you have in mind, your private instructor will encourage you every step of the way.
