I've been teaching Piano for 20 years. Within the first few lessons, you'll be able to play basic chords and scales, and as time goes on you'll be able to play songs of your interest. I love working with students of all ages and experience levels and I can't wait to meet you!

About Steve
I'm is a graduate of the Berklee College of Music. I've been teaching private music students since 1995. I've also developed and taught classes at both the high school and college level.

As a Songwriter, Producer, and Recording Artist I recorded the single, The Friend of Africa - Steve Kercher and the African Children’s Choir, featuring legendary bassist, Abraham Laboriel, drummer, JR Robinson (Michael Jackson, Quincy Jones), and guitarist Marty Walsh (Supertramp). I also recorded the full-length album, Maiden Voyage. Both recordings are distributed through iTunes, Spotify, and other major digital music retailers and streaming services worldwide.

I work hard to develop a curriculum for each student based on their needs and interests in music. Let's talk about your goals!

“Steve has been teaching both of my children for almost t
hree years. Steve is incredibly patient and the kids really enjoy the lessons (they work hard and laugh a lot!) . More importantly, though, Steve knows what he is doing and has great experience. He teaches technical concepts and theory while giving kids the freedom to choose songs and genres they enjoy most. Steve connects with kids and they respond to his enthusiasm by wanting to practice and wanting to progress. Steve fosters a love for all music which gets the kids excited to learn songs that might be outside of what they currently know. I would strongly recommend Steve to beginners, as well as advanced musicians.” Jennifer Kuhlman, Beverly MA

I don't think we could have found a better teacher for my daughter (5 years old). She is the perfect blend of encouraging, challenging, and fun. My daughter actually enjoys practicing, which says as much about her love of piano playing as it does about Kelly's teaching style.

My daughter's first lesson with Kelly was excellent. I can tell she was nervous, but Kelly made it comfortable for her. The moment we got home, she went straight to practicing.

I've been joyfully teaching music for 4 years. Within the first few lessons, you'll be able to play scales, know all the notes on the piano and play simple songs and as time goes on you'll be able to play more complex songs by reading music and from memory! I typically use Alfred's Basic Piano Course books, and have the following tools available for your lessons: Keyboard and a copy of the lesson book. I love working with students of all ages and I can't wait to meet you!

About Xiomara
I am a full time music teacher during the academic school year in Lawrence, MA at an elementary school. I graduated from Gordon College in 2016 with a bachelor's degree in Music Education. I absolutely love teaching and making music with others! I can teach beginning piano and intermediate level.

I want my students to not only learn about music, but I want them to relate to their music and really gain a life-enriching experience. My lessons will teach new skills and incorporate those skills into familiar and new songs! While I want students to learn timeless songs from the past, I believe they can use their skills to learn songs they love as well. Students will be challenged as they move forward but not in a frustrating manner. I will work with students at any pace they need!

Music is my passion and I cannot wait to share that wi
th those interested in taking lessons!

My piano lessons are fun and informative. I am very passionate about the instrument and explaining how and why things work excites me! I hope to excite you about it as well!

About Dominic
Hello, My name is Dominic and I'm from Derry NH. I have been playing drums for many years, but I have been a serious, practicing drummer since December 2014. I have recently taken up piano in September 2015. I spend an average of 4-6 hours everyday practicing between the two instruments. Usually two hours each. Occasionally much more. I am very knowledged in the craft of practicing and love to share my knowledge of drums, drumming, piano and music in general. I am currently enrolled at northern Essex community college (necc) as a music performance major with plans of transferring to New England Conservatory (NEC) in Boston or Southern University of New York, (suny Purchase). I have taken lessons from many teachers to learn as much as I can. Music is my passion, and sharing that with others brings me great joy.

Hello there! Welcome to my lessons profile! Here you'll find the passion and dedication that has driven me to pursue music for well over a decade! My goal is to create a fun, easy going learning environment where my students can have a great time learning how to craft and hone an art, but also flourish in other aspects as well. Aspects such as hand eye coordination, critical thinking, reading and comprehension as well as math skills will develop more. Together we'll make the unapproachable seem reachable, the impossible seem fiesable, and take learning to new heights.

About Anthony
Anthony has a very distinct, powerful and soulful voice that has become his signature sound that audiences around Boston and the east coast love. With his larger than life stage presence, he can command any size stage or venue.

Anthony has had an illustrious career for being so young. By the age of 18, he had been very fortunate to have already performed at incredible venues such as: Carnegie Hall Ny,NY; Disney World, FL; Times Square-Ny,NY; The Kennedy Center-Washington D.C.; The Teatro di Verona-Verona Italy; The City of Pompei-Italy, and The Vatican-Rome Italy.

Anthony started professionally singing while studying opera at Barry University, in Miami FL. It was there that he studied under Beverly Coulter. He also performed with the Miami Lyric Opera company at the tender age of 18! After spending time in the sun soaked shores of
Miami, he then found himself in Winchester

It was at the Shenandoah Conservatory, where he studied under world renowned tenor, Michael Forest, and Grammy award winning composer and director, Robert Shafer (a student of Nadia Boulanger). While at Shenandoah, he developed a strong knowledge of classical music and form, and really began to discover his "voice" in his compositions. As well as develop an insatiable thirst for the verismo movement in opera.

He soon left Shenandoah to start pursuing performance opportunities, and wound up auditioning for the Berklee College of Music. Where he currently attends and studies voice and jazz composition.

Hi! My name is Mr. Danny and I love creating a culture of passion around music. I learned at an early age how to play multiple instruments at my local church and I've had multiple students over the past 4 years. I am 25 years old and have passion for aspiring teens and adults who feel like its too late to learn music. Its never to late you guys. Whether you want to learn a few chords to play alone at home or want to get started on learning to play with a band for worship team or in your garage, I can get you started. I wouldn't call myself a professional level musician so you don't have to worry about being embarrassed. The truth is we are all on the journey of improvement. Music theory, sight reading, and chord knowledge are all integral parts of playing the piano. I prefer to start with reading, and move through popular songs that are on the radio now to learn basic chords. You'll be surprised how fast you can pick things up!

About Jonathan
Are you tired of practicing your instrument with little to no improvement? Don't you wish you could just open your laptop and start making music? You've come to the right place. I have toured with funk and rock bands, I have release multiple CDs and music videos, and am always learning new things about technology and how it relates to music. I'd love to share what I've learned with you!

I started on the piano at age 6, picked up the saxophone at age 10, and have been obsessed with music my entire life. I studied jazz performance in college, but for the past 4 years, I've been focused mainly on electronic music production, mixing, and mastering. To me, it's the most rewarding way to create music. Any sound you're looking for, whether it's a piano, guitar, or some strange synth, can be created to perfection given the right knowledge.
