Piano Lessons in Fairplay. Amazing Teachers.

My piano students study classical, Judeo - Christian, and certain ethnic styles. The December recital will feature two Beethoven Sonatas, a Bach Prelude and Minuet, "Hava Nagilah", and the three Latin favorites "La Cumparsita", "Miami Beach Rhumba", and "Tico Tico".

I teach piano at the beginning and intermediate levels. I use the Faber Series for all levels.

I can build you a solid technical foundation while also the potential to move into any genre that you'd like to learn! With me, you can learn jazz, classical, or pop/rock piano!

As a music teacher of over 10 years I take a fun but structured approach to learning the piano. I've taught all ages and I individually work with each student to help them learn the music that they want to and reach the goals that they set for themselves. I work with each student to help mold their learning experience specifically to them. We will typically start with exercises and music theory and then move to music, but am willing to adapt to what each student is wanting and needing. I will send written individual feedback after the lesson to help remind the student of what we are working on. I hope to have the chance to share my love of music with you!

My mother is a Pianist so I grew up having lessons and playing the Piano. Any musician who would like to become more serious needs to be prolific in their Piano playing. I also use the Piano as a tool for ear training and visualizations for theory. I enjoy playing the Piano and use it as a way to relax when I am not playing my French horn. I love teaching Piano players of all ages!
