Natasha is a wonderful piano teacher to my son. I love how much she wants my son to grow within each lesson. She focuses on scales for his technique and is very organized in terms of setting goals for each piece my son has for the week. Highly recommend her for any level of piano, especially for beginners!
Jon
Natasha is a wonderful teacher and honestly the best instructor I have ever had. I have bounced around quite a bit to different teachers and dealt with some wrist pain at various points, she was by far the most patient and caring of any of them. She is knowledgeable and understands how to teach proper, healthy technique. She actually wanted me to improve as a student and will do whatever it takes to help her students achieve their goals. I highly recommend Natasha as a piano teacher!

I’ve played piano most of my musical life. I took regular lessons throughout high school and college. I take slightly different approaches in teaching piano, depending on the student’s age. Most importantly tough, I try to get students familiar with or reading music as soon as possible.
Intermediate piano students of mine become fluent in all major and a few minor keys, plus they meet regular goals through the use of method books. I’ve even taught students how to accompany other instruments and play in ensembles.

David is the best and the sweetest piano teacher we have ever have. He is so patient, kind, caring and creative in his teaching method.

My 5 year old has a little autism symptom so she's very easy to get distracted. Yet we have great fun time in every class with him. His class worth 20 min driving there and 20 min driving back, using toll road!

David has been so amazing with out 9 year old daughter. We have gone to him for over 2 years and she has come so far with her skills! He has so much patience. He's so kind and wonderful with kids. We were recommended by a friend and now we recommend him! He's high in demand for sure! We are sad we can't use him anymore due to scheduling issues. His prices are better than others too!

I enjoy providing a foundation of good technique and music theory. I teach the traditional method of reading music. I welcome adult beginners as well. Roberta is everything you would want in a teacher. She is exceptionally talented herself and knows how to share her knowledge with others. She is especially very kind and nurturing in an environment which could be quite intimidating for a beginner like me. You can tell she truly enjoys teaching and gets excited to see her pupil learn. I have learned so much in a short time.

"My 4-year-old LOVES, and I mean LOVES Fawn! (All my children love her, but they aren't old enough to start lessons). Fawn is excellent with all children. She keeps my daughter laughing, yet focused and even though Fawn started her in a lesson book for 8 years old and up, Fawn felt my girl could handle it, and she is moving very quickly and learning to read notes too. This family loves Fawn, and it's a joy having her come each week. My daughter is motivated and excited to do her flash cards, draw notes and play and read songs."

Why Learning Piano Theory is Important for All Musicians

Struggling to understand music theory? Try heading over to the piano -- seeing a visual representation can help a ton! Here, Lowell, IN teacher Blake C. shares how to get started...   Many musicians avoid learning music theory altogether because it can feel much like learning a foreign language; as a result, many musicians enlist in the anti-music theory organization. I will admit it – I was a member of the anti-music theory organization in my early years, declaring that music theory …
