I have been teaching piano for over 15 years, both in the classroom and private lesson settings. I believe anyone can learn an instrument-so all ages and skill levels are welcome. I fervently believe that a solid foundation in music theory and technique goes a long way, but I also know that you should love what you do. If that love is classical music, then this is the place for you-music should bring joy! Because I am a classically trained pianist I can help you achieve your goals, whether they be to prepare for a college or governor's school audition, to prepare for competitions, or simply to play the music you most enjoy. Whether you have always dreamed of learning or are browsing for a child just beginning to consider it, I would love to work with you!
I am a professional worship leader and pianist, as well as a professional teacher. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Music, specifically voice and piano, from Columbia International University and a Master of Arts in Teaching early childhood and elementary education from that same school. I have been

I am passionate about Music and Music Education. It's rewarding for me to watch my students develop in their musical skill and enjoy making music more and more. My students range from the very young (5 years old) to school age children, to teens, and adults. My students benefit from my expertise
Julie has gave me every reason to throw those excuses out the window. After a month of lessons I can already tell an improvement in my reading of music and knowledge of music. She knows how to making things easy for me to understand while also balancing that with a great challenge.
I have very high expectations and goals set for myself, that many would say are "too high". But I have no doubt Julie will get me to where I want to go!
100% would recommend to anyone.

For kids and adults, any level welcome! I've noticed that especially for young children ukulele is a good transitional instrument in order to then start guitar. I use fun exercise and songs to teach technique and I welcome any style and any songs you may want to learn!
Hello! Music is my life and my biggest passion. I've been a working musician and a teacher for several years and there's nothing more rewarding than sharing all I've learned so far with my students, to nurture their goals and aspirations and to make them aware of the great instrument they already

My goal is to teach you how to completely understand the guitar from top to bottom. I`ve been playing the guitar for over 48 years and I love to play jazz, blues, rock & classical.
Hello! My approach to guitar instruction is to teach the student to find where every note, chord, and scale is located anywhere on the neck of the guitar. I`ll teach the student how to build chords and understand exactly what you are playing by reading music and charts, and learning the proper cho

Hi! I am very excited to start you off on your guitar journey. I have been teaching music for six years and am passionate about giving students an effective and engaging musical education. In guitar lessons, we will be learning the names of the strings, chords, strumming patterns, musical theory techniques, and fingerpicking. We will spend part of the lesson working on and learning the techniques mentioned above, and the other part of the lesson learning songs of your choosing.
I am looking forward to teaching you!

Rob's also great about letting his students pick songs that they're actually interested in singing and is encouraging when you're struggling. He understands how to point out strengths and remains optimistic in a way that bolsters your confidence and helps you get over whatever obstacle (mental/physical) that stands in your way. There's no "can't" when working with Rob. Only suggestions on how to be a stronger singer and words of reinforcement.
In my time learning from Rob I feel my vocals have improved pretty dramatically. I can sing without strain, my power, breathing, and general understanding of proper singing technique have improved ten fold. He gives you the tools that you need to continue working on your own (singing exercises, keyboard warmups, stretches, plosives, etc.). I can't say enough good things about the guy.
I would recommend Rob to music lovers of any age that want to learn a new skill. I hope to continue taking lessons from Rob for a long time to come. Thank you for all of your hard work, Rob!"
