He's got a cornucopia of musical knowledge that's evident from how speaks to how he teaches. If you like any film score, chances are he knows how to play it.
Speaking as a beginner, I can say he's been very patient and knows a bunch of exercises and books to learn everything thing from theory to practical pieces to finger exercises.
He provides constructive guidance on what you're doing wrong, and I'm happy to see myself improve under his tutorage. (oh and if you're a sci-fi fan, you'll have a lot in common with him)

The development of the ear is crucial to becoming a a good musician. Can you tell if you are in harmony with the other musicians? Can you tell if you are consonant or dissonant? Can you recognize a perfect fifth? A Major third? These skills CAN be developed into a finely honed tool!! My approach to ear training is that of the conservatory I attended when i went to college and gets results fast.

Professional musician of 10+ years specializing in bluegrass and old time music. I picked up my first instrument when I was only 6 years old, but for the past 10 years now, I've been traveling around the US playing with hundreds of musicians and learning thousands of songs. I will teach you the basic building blocks of music theory, technique, and ear training to be able to pick up new melodies on the fly and be able to jump right in to any jam circle.

I love teaching Algebra. I think math is very enjoyable and I share my happiness and knowledge, so my students could feel that also. You would probably laugh quite a few times during my Algebra class and leave it feeling way more confident that you could do it. I do not believe in memorizing Math, so we work on understanding and students are creating their own Algebra in a way. And creating a proof is a very enjoyable experience that you never forget.
I also love teaching online. There are so many wonderful tools for that now!!! For example, screen sharing. Screen sharing allows my students to see my computer screen if I'm explaining something and show me what they are working on their screens. As we progress through the class I share links on rules and definitions that my student doesn't remember or getting confused and we could work with that right away and also the notes on the class are still available on both of our computers, so it is easy to review, ask questions and ...
Hi, my name is Marina. I have a masters degree in Math and I'm from Russia. So, I could help you with both subjects:). I love to work with you on your goals and help you to achieve things that you set for yourself. I am also flexible with time and different types of math support.

Ray Charles, Jerry Lee Lewis, and Stevie Wonder—so many names top the list of influential piano players in music history. But for a while there, as dance, metal, and grunge took center stage, piano was relegated to the sidelines. One artist who changed that, however, was Ben Folds. When he hit the scene with his band Ben Folds Five in the mid-90s, a new musical sound emerged—pop heavily infused with piano. Who is Ben Folds? I was recently listening to This American Life (a popular radio show and podcast), and the hosts started talking about vocal fry. As a voice professional, I immediately started paying rapt attention.
