With my acoustic guitar lessons we will learn everything from A to G (because there is no Z in music) about chords, theory, fingerstyle guitar, sight reading sheet music and much more! From the inspiration of Chet Atkins, Tommy Emmanuel, Trace Bundy, Adam Rafferty, and others, we will learn how to master the acoustic guitar. Please feel free to use the "Ask a question" feature! Ms Teresa is awesome! She has taught my daughter how to play both Piano and guitar. I love that she actually teaches the music and explains things not just how to play the song!

I started trying to teach myself piano until I met Ms. Arth. On the very FIRST lesson she pointed out some bad habits and quickly resolved them. This allowed me to reevaluate my technique and iron out the basics. I plan on continuing my studies with Ms.Arth and I highly recommend her for any student beginner or advanced. Totally πŸ’― satisfied!!!!

Reading the detailed "About" section below should give an aspiring singer all the information relevant as to how and what I teach, with regard to vocal performance and technique. I was classically trained as a vocalist, and from that training I was able to incorporate the various musical nuances necessary to navigate the world of Classical Voice. I personally feel that a singer trained classically, can cross over into other genres with relative ease, should that be their desire. You will learn the foundation to controlled singing. To capsulize my mission statement as an instructor: You WILL be a better vocalist AND performer. THIS I GUARANTEE!!

About Glenn

I have been active in the entertainment industry since the age of 12, when I gave my first professional performance. Prior to that I was already being introduced to music with years of guitar, and then vocal instruction. I do not remember a time of my life when I was not singing somewhere; in the h

You will learn how to play and identify notes on the keyboard, read sheet music, learn rhythmic values, play chords, and so much more. The piano is a very diverse instrument. It is a great tool to teach a student about music in general. In addition to learning how to play the piano, you will lean many basic music theory concepts.

Relatable and experienced Trombone and Brass teacher looking for beginner/intermediate level students! All ages welcome, no one is too young or too old to learn as long as you like music and want to learn your instrument. We will set goals together based on how YOU want to sound and what music YOU want to play. I will do my best to offer you the knowledge and experience I have while relating it to other concepts/experiences you already possess. In lessons, you can expect to work on tone, embouchure, breathing, rhythms, lip slurs, etc.

Once we have a handle on the basics, I'll arrange music hand tailored for my student based on what music they like to listen to! I've done music for students all ages and many genres. A few examples of favorites are The Polar Express movie soundtrack music, Back to the Future soundtrack, Bad guy by Billie Ellish, We Are Number One from Lazy Town, and many others.

I hope you're excited about these lessons as much as I am because nothing makes me smile ...

This approach was a natural and appropriate hook em’ for my son. Looking forward to the hands on playing and making music together in subsequent lessons.
