Trinity is a sophomore at Winthrop University, pursuing a BM in Music Performance with a minor in Music Technology. At Winthrop, she is Principal Viola in the symphony orchestra and violist in the Cabaletta String Quartet. As someone passionate about music, Trinity still wants to expand what she learns outside of the recital hall. Because of this, she plans to structure each lesson around growth and patience. Often the best way to improve is to gradually start with the root of your struggles, and built from there.

About Trinity

Hello! Music is one of the most consistent things in my life that I have always been able to drawback to. Whether it be listening to music or making it, it holds a heavy place in my heart. I am now on my second year of graduate studies at Shenandoah University for Music Performance with a concentration in voice. Before going to graduate school I took a year off and taught privately at a music school. Within a few weeks my students improved a few of them even performed in a recital. One student also performed in a local children's production of Legally Blonde. Students who study with me will learn the basics and proper technique to sing, will sing appropriate repertoire and I will prepare the student if he or she would like to make a career in singing.

I have been playing clarinet professionally for over six years. My first performance was a production of "Guys and Dolls," and it opened up opportunities to play multiple woodwinds in all kinds of contexts. I am currently on-call to play with a number of symphony orchestras in town as well.
I am excited to share my passion for this beautiful instrument!

About Michael

I am a woodwind specialist with a degree in saxophone performance from the University of Arizona. I have been performing and competing since the fifth grade. Since arriving in Tucson in 2010, I have performed with dozens of groups, perhaps most notably the Tucson Symphony Orchestra. I play a variet

When my 11 year old son first began saxophone lessons with Michael Weiss, he was a true beginner but within 5 months, he was playing a song at a recital! Michael is patient and kind but firm in his direction and has instilled confidence in my son that he can play whatever songs he wants to play with focus and practice. Michael is flexible and adept at tailoring his lessons to the individual's needs. I highly recommend him.

If you are brand-new to the guitar, I'd love to jump right in and teach you a fun song right away during your first lesson. I like making this as fun as possible while you're learning a lot about the guitar. If you already know how to play, I'd like to help you gain a better understanding of how the guitar applies to basic music theory. I want to help you truly gain your independence as a guitar player. In my opinion, there are only two things that really matter when learning how to play the guitar: 1) Having fun and 2) Learning a lot. That's what I hope that you can attain by learning from me.

"Jessica is an excellent instructor and cellist. She has an engaging personality and a creative mind, e.g., explaining concepts several different ways until the student understands. I started new to cello and enjoy lessons, which include technique, theory and individual pieces (separate from the instruction books) that are challenging but fun, satisfying my desire to play familiar classical pieces. I have recommended her to several friends for cello and violin."

"I couldn't of picked a better voice instructor!

I've always been a confident songwriter but when it came to singing I struggled; especially with pitch. Thats when I started my lessons with Mark and right away knew he was the right instructor. Instead of making me follow some completely pre-scripted lesson plan, Mark helped me correct my pitch and overall singing while practicing songs I had written myself.

I've been working with him for almost two years now and I've noticed significant improvements across the board and have gained so much more confidence in my singing abilities. Enough that I actually just finished recording a 13-track album of songs all written and sung by me. I can't thank Mark enough for helping me follow my dreams and for continuing to help me grow as a singer."
