Lessons are customized and catered to the needs/goals of each student. Learn drum set so you can play in a band, get going on rudiments and make the snare line, focus on orchestral technique, or get a mix of whatever interests you.

My 14 year old son had been playing drums for an hour or more every day for several months, and was making fair progress. He was convinced he could learn the drums on his own. But between his first and second lesson he improved exponentially. We were clearly going down the right path.
While my son was uncomfortable with the idea of taking lessons from someone he didn’t really know, Andy established a strong rapport with him by the end of lesson 1. And he was very eager to come back for lesson 2.
We intend to continue lessons with Andy for the foreseeable future.

Book NowI have 20 years experience teaching piano, and I love it! What I have learned over the years is that every student learns differently. I make it my personal goal to find creative and practical ways to help each student understand and thrive in their own way. Have trouble sight reading? I can help with that! Play by ear? I can help with that, too. I teach classical, new age, pop, and sacred music. I'm also a composer and arranger, and very familiar using Finale and Smart Score programs. As for piano books, I like to use Faber or Alfred's series, but am open to using whatever books you may already have. Thank you for taking the time to read my page, and I hope to hear from you soon!

We've all had one at some point or another - a bad audition. You prepare like crazy for that singing competition that you swear up and down you're going to nail. However, despite 30 minutes of scales first thing in the morning and an entire day in line spent practicing, you walk into the audition with your head held oh-so-high only to walk out feeling like your head was handed back to you on a lovely silver platter. Below are a few singers who didn't quite measure up to the singing competitio …
