Book NowI've been playing guitar and piano since I was little. I've been playing professionally since I was 16 and can cover many styles of music. Berklee College of Music graduate.
I really love teaching and try to incorporate new techniques and technologies into my lesson. It comes down to getting to know you and making the lessons relevant to you.

About Amy
Classes are based on the appreciation that all children are musical. Lessons focus on learning to sing in tune while keeping a beat and participating with confidence. In order to better engage students holistically through mind/body, yoga-based activities are blended into each music lesson. Amy

I am a well-rounded drum teacher, meaning I have learned and studied genres ranging from blues, jazz, rock and indie rock. I will give you tons of music to listen to and interpret and teach you how to learn tunes by ear. You will understand the forms of jazz tunes such as aaba Aba and abc. You will learn how to play the tunes you listen to and take the concepts of drum beats and drum rudiments used within them o make them your own and use them in your original playing. I also teach how to read standard drum notation, and can teach you how time signatures work and the values of notes if you don’t already know.
About Eli
Hi future students! I’m Eli. I know how tough it is to teach yourself an instrument, because I struggled with it for years and years. One of my biggest issues was learning how to practice, so if that’s something you struggle with, I can certainly help you develop a routine to which you would follow

When I was looking for a drumming teacher for my son, I looked at several of the teachers' profiles. I thought that Al's profile was the best fit for my son who had no experience in drumming, and my son has learned so much from Al. Al is a wonderful teacher and very patient. He adjusts to the likes and needs of his students. I like that Al is a professional musician/performer and brings that experience to the table too."
