Book NowHand drumming is so much more than just beating a drum. There is an essence about it that speaks through your soul. Lessons with me will be unique because we will talk about not only how to play and the fundamental tools needed to begin, but we will learn how to listen to those around us in order to have an all encompassing experience. It will be light, fun, informative, and we will go at whatever pace feels good for you, the student! I've been around drumming and drum circles for over ten years now and have come to have a very individual, impactful style for those around me. I look forward to sharing what I know!

We will learn how to play with proper technique so you can play as long as you want with no pain! We'll start by strengthening the fingers by doing various exercises and learning some notes. Whatever kind of music you are interested in is what we will be playing. It is important that you are having fun while learning. Very quick, but valuable lesson."

He was thorough, patient, and knowledgeable about music and zeroed in on my concerns, abilities, and talent level.
I am going to continue lessons with him on an on going basis.
