I can show how to match musical theory into what a student wants to to play or learn around the same time. This allows him/her to simultaneously understand how theory applies to their learning process and expand the possibilities and understanding whether he/she is a singer or a instrumentalist, or both. Music theory may not be the most desirable subject to learn but by linking it to what they already know it opens many, many doors and this is where the epiphanies and fun begins.

About George

Hi, my name is George. I am available to teach electric or acoustic guitar and bass either at my place or yours. I have played both electric and acoustic guitar for 18+ now and attended Musicians Institute in Hollywood, CA where I played with many talented individuals and learned from some of the

I absolutely love playing Celtic fiddle style! It is such a fun and energetic way of playing the violin that students respond really well to. I teach fiddle mostly by ear but also teach using the Craig Duncan fiddle method and the O'Connor method for those more comfortable reading music.

I love meeting new students and personalizing their music lessons! Each student learns a little differently and I tailor lessons to you. I keep lessons motivating and inspiring, and I am very methodical in teaching the foundations for every student to succeed. I also offer a unique opportunity for students to participate in ensembles with other students in my home studio!

About Sarah

Sarah A. is an experienced teacher of violin/fiddle and viola. She has taught all ages and many styles. Performing professionally since 2015, Sarah has played in classical ensembles for weddings and events, as well as in Celtic music groups and in an electric rock string ensemble called Electria.

"I am writing this recommendation at the request of my daughter’s wonderful violin teacher, Ms. Pabst. Jacqueline is quite talented but it is her personality and character that sets her apart. My daughter is only six years old so Jacqueline’s patience and understanding goes a long way and they have developed a very sweet relationship. We hope we can continue taking lessons with Ms. Pabst for a long time. - Alan Farmer"

She's been recognizing and responding to the needs of our 7 years old daughter in a very sensitive way. She seems experienced and effortlessly creates a motivating atmosphere. She’s open for my daughter’s song choices and spontaneously personalizes them from time to time, for example writing new lyrics together or learning the words by dancing. She acts natural and professional."
