I teach French since 1973. I am a French native speaker and I do teach and tutor privately. I did teach in schools since November 2016-July 2017 at the Fort Bend Christian Academy. My students were 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th graders. My teaching experience started teaching my students about Le Petit Prince. This marvelous story caught on very fast the imagination and desire to learn French in all my students. Never failed! I teach students to speak French and not to just read from a book.
I have always been a member of the Alliance Francaise in Curacao and I did study methodology on how to teach French as second language at the French island of Guadeloupe, at L'Ecole Normale, at Pointe-a-Pitre, in 1975, sent by the Alliance Francaise of Curacao.
