Love Dr. M! I've wanted to take voice lessons forever but I have been hesitant due to my lack of experience. Dr. M not only made me feel comfortable but also confident in the voice that I have. She's personal and warm but also very professional. She never gets frustrated with obstacles I face in my lessons; instead she helps ways to overcome them.

I've never left a lesson feeling disappointed with my ability, something I experienced with other voice teachers. I feel confident in my voice and I owe that all to Melissa. For instance, during one lessons I was feeling a little off. Rather than getting frustrated she helped me focus on great ways to approach singing when not feeling your best. Dr. McCann rocks!

If you are looking for a voice teacher new or experienced I would definitely recommend Dr. McCann. Top notch lessons and overall awesome woman!
Kassondra
Dr. M. is a phenomenal teacher who does a great job customizing her lessons to the needs of the student. She has helped me make amazing progress with my voice, and just as importantly has helped me gain the confidence to be able to sign.

Her lessons are fun, effective, and very positive. All of which help the student learn more and get more out of the lesson. I highly recommend Dr. M. as a teacher to anyone (at any level) who is interested in becoming a better singer.

I have been playing clarinet since 2002, and teaching since 2009. I have taught in the public school setting, as well as private teaching since 2013 for beginners, intermediate, and high school level students. My goal is to provide accurate and practical information in playing your instrument. The sound of the clarinet becomes unique to each player, and coupled with proper technique in all areas of playing (finger technique, tone, articulation, note identification/reading, rhythm comprehension, musical expressions), this will springboard the enjoyment of practicing and playing music. This beautiful and melodious instrument completely encompasses the miracle of music, and working with me will create a solid foundation for such music making. Using a clarinet specific method book, we will begin with fundamental tone production, rhythm reading, and note reading so a solid foundation is created for life long music playing.

About Mady

Hi, I'm Mady! I have been an enthusiast for the clarinet since I started in 6th grade in 2002. At the beginning of the Disney movie, 101 Dalmatians, the moving sheet music and clarinet sound had me hooked on wanting to learn how to play. Even before beginning band, I was trying to figure out how th

I have employed Madyson as an adjunct teacher at Waldron Public Schools in Arkansas where I teach. She has taught clarinet sectionals and lessons for us at the high school and middle school. She has done a fantastic job with our students. They have learned and gained a lot from her teaching. I recommend her to anyone looking for clarinet private instruction and/or group instruction.

My son has been taking lessons once a week from Madyson since July, and I am very pleased with the progress he has made with her. She has a very energetic and outgoing personality that helps him enjoy the work he's putting forth.

Very patient, great sense of humor and very well priced. Been a flautist for 25 years and been playing the clarinet for several months now. It's what I always wanted to learn but couldn't till recently. Mady is great!

Mateo is a person who wants and like to share their knowledge. Ableton is his tool, whatever you need to know how to do on ableton, he can help you because he is a man that know their tool (Ableton).
I learned from him all about sends and signal flow in Ableton: groups, post and pre fader sends, i/o.
If you take lessons with Mateo, you can learn how to use the Ableton's Instruments, effects and midi effects. How use it? when use it? and what are the best for specific tone, color or whatever.
VST, Plugins, Mixing, Mastering and many more if Mateo teach you.

Mateo was excellent at explaining Ableton! He can make himself understood very easily and also, he is always looking for improvement areas for us as students. I’d say that my favorite thing is that he transmits his passion for music which made his classes so much more enjoyable for me!

It was just as good as a one on one lesson and more convenient without the drive! Highly recommend Vanessa if interested."

"OMG my excitement is through the roof after my first lesson with Humberto! I can't even get my feet to touch the ground. I am an adult, basically starting from scratch picking up my violin for the first time in 20+ years having played for a year as a kid. I was so nervous, and feel silly starting at such an elementary level, and Humberto's instruction was not only expert, but his enthusiasm was completely genuine. He was authentically supportive every step of the way and thrilled at every moment of progress. His infectious smile made me feel so safe being a novice starting over and so excited for my next lesson...which he's not teaching me in Spanish since he learned I need to practice my dusty Spanish skills as well! Couldn't recommend him highly enough, love love love Humberto and can't wait til next week's lesson!"

"I have been taking guitar lessons from Andrew for some time now, and I must say that he is by far the best teacher I've ever had. He never rushes you out and he genuinely cares about your musical development. I started taking lessons from Andrew to prepare for my music auditions for college. He put much effort into teaching me all that I know about ear training, music theory, improvisation, and my technique as a guitarist. I accredit Andrew in playing a fundamental role in my acceptance into Berklee College of Music. Not only has he helped me get accepted into Berklee, but within a short time of taking lessons with Andrew, I soon had the ability to play songs that once were beyond my skill level. I never imagined that I would be able to replicate Toni Iommi's riffs and John Mayer's finger-picking patterns, but Andrew knew how to solve the problems in my playing that I was struggling with. I honestly never thought I would get past those problems. He knows how to teach you in a way that makes an intimidating lick, not so difficult to play after all. He also teaches you HOW to practice to perfect your technique, which improved my playing dramatically.
All in all, I feel so blessed to have found Andrew and been a student of his. He's not only a fantastic musician, but overall he's an amazing person - friendly, caring, funny, down-to-earth, encouraging, patient, and honest. I consider Andrew not only my guitar teacher, but a mentor and trusted friend. Going to lessons is something I look forward to every week. I cannot thank him enough for playing such a big role in my musical journey and impacting my life in such a great way. You rock, Andrew <3"

"Michelle was the kindest, sweetest, and most patient instructor I have ever had! She really took the time to make sure that I understood the concepts of singing before we got into the training. She helped me understand singing through the use of imagery, and that made it so much more easier to grasp the concepts.
