About Regina
At the age of fifteen, Ms. Regina graduated with honors from the Z. Paliashvili Special Music Gymnasium for Gifted Children in Tbilisi, Georgia. As a student of a famous Georgian pianist, Tengiz Amirejibi, she presented her country in numerous competitions. (Tengiz Amirejibi was a student of Heinrich Neuhaus, a famous Russian teacher and pianist.)

As a child, Ms. Regina gave many solo recitals and concerts with the Georgian Symphonic Orchestra. Ms. Regina earned her Doctorate of Musical Arts with emphasis on Advanced Piano Performance from the Yerevan State Conservatory. After graduating,
she worked with talented children in her alma mater for many years. Later in her professional career, Ms. Regina taught at the Tbilisi State Conservatory as well as the Moscow Music Gymnasium.

With more than eighteen years of professional teaching experience, Ms. Regina is able to offer her students a diverse range of educational resources. She specializes in teaching piano, performance, and music theory to students of all ages and levels.

Ms. Regina's teaching techniques are based on a combination of the famous Russian Music School (based on music giants such as Konstantin Igumnov, Daniel Barenboim, and Heinrich Neuhaus) and the American Music Education System. This combination allows each student to work at a pace comfortable for him/her, and helps all students make significant progress in the areas of sight reading, ear training, and performance skills.

***Teaching Schedule***
Ms. Regina teaches in her Glendale studio and the surrounding areas every day of the week except for Saturdays. She teaches in her Orange County studio located in Fountain Valley on Saturdays.

***Travel Area and Special Rates***
If the system shows that your location is out of my travel area, please contact me by messaging through TakeLessons! Also feel free to inquire for discounts for siblings!

***Online Classes***
I have gotten many questions regarding whether I teach online piano lessons. Due to the nuances associated with this subject, it is crucial for the student to take lessons face-to-face. It is extremely important to learn and get used to the correct hand positions for all students; otherwise, problems with playing harder pieces will inevitably arise. I feel that students taking online piano lessons truly do not get all the benefits of taking the lessons face-to-face. Please don't hesitate to email me if you have any other questions or concerns!

Regina is wonderful. My son has only been playing for a few months and the ease with which she teaches and instructs leaves him feeling successful and motivated. I would recommend her to anyone.

I was referred to Gabrielle by my acting coach, due to my accent holding me back in my auditions. I have to say he is one of the best voice coaches in Los Angeles with out a doubt. Gabrielle makes it fun, and makes it accessible to all. Give this guy a call, and you won't be disappointed with the results. I Highly recommend this great teacher!

About Ray
Hello! My name is Ray R. and I'm a professional drummer and drum instructor.

I have been teaching private lessons for over four years and I'm currently accepting new students at my home studio, the studio is fully sound proofed and sound treated to make the lessons more enjoyable. I count with two drum sets, which allows me and the student to play together, making the lessons more fun and efficient. I'm also available to travel to your place if that's your preference. I've taught students ranging from 3 years old to 60 years old.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Performance of Contemporary
Music from Musicians Institute, where I have also been a private tutor in subjects including technique, reading, and overall drum set playing. Currently a drum instructor in Cornel School of Contemporary Music, teaching reading classes and contemporary styles, and at Modern Music School, where most of my students are kids. I'm also a published author with 6 educational drum books available in Amazon that are perfect for a beginner drummer who is first learning how to play, or for intermediate players who are looking to strengthen their foundations as drummers.

I'm a huge fan of teaching and take the opportunity to help you improve at something you love very seriously. I look forward to helping you accomplish all of your drumming goals!

Ray R. is what I would call a "Performance Teacher" to me. I am a guitarist and play with him to improve everything from rhythm to live performance skills. Not only is Ray an absolute beast of a musician, he is a wonderful teacher. As many people may know, just because one is a good musician it doesn't necessarily mean you also know how to be an effective teacher. Ray is the best of both worlds! I have improved leagues since I started playing with him some months ago. I COULD NOT recommend his as a teacher enough.
