Good first lesson. Truly felt my instructor was trying to understand my goals and guage my current skills and ability to learn at what pace.
Ronald Ray S.
My name is Ronald S. At the age of 9, I started playing the guitar for my Father's Gospel Group who is a great Gospel D.J. (Big Clyde). Through the years I have taken several guitar courses from several instructors. In the last seven months I have taken instructions from Mr. Christian, I have excelled further and have learned more than all my other adventures.

Micheal's business based environment in an open studio type classroom is a must. In Micheal's unique style of teaching you not only learn to play the guitar, but he also instructs you in song with a spirit of being well satisfied.

As shoppers pass through the store they enjoy the sounds of students playing their guitars following the guidance of Mr. Christian. This also gives his students a chance to perform in front of other people giving them a finer definitions for the art of music. If you are looking for a music instructor, one who focuses in on your difficult areas and searches for improvement to make you the best musician possible in all areas, or if you are just looking to learn and have lots of fun, then Mr. Christian is your contact. Please visit him at one of his jam sessions..

There are multiple approaches to studying Flamenco guitar, depending on the ultimate goal. In the simplest you just learn some techniques and scales to begin or complement your playing. In the more advanced you learn all the intricacies, the details and rules including the structures, "compas", techniques and most advanced "falsetas" or musical segments. Whichever interests you, I will strive to provide you with an understanding and a real foundation. The lessons I offer include some of my own transcriptions of most of the material I teach, including compositions by Paco de Lucia and Sabicas. Flamenco playing will enhance any other forms of guitar playing you may already possess, and will inspire you to reach higher levels.

About Jose

I started learning Flamenco guitar as a teenager, and this allowed me to experience what is necessary for a young mind to learn and grow in this beautiful art form. Its sounds and techniques captivated me and it is that very beauty what will surely keep you learning, regardless of your musical goa

Want to learn guitar your way? As a self-proclaimed student for life, I’ve spent years in the private guitar environment as both the student and teacher, learning equally as much in both roles. Graduating from Belmont University on a full scholarship, I took advantage of my time in the guitar-Mecca of Nashville to understand the roots of American guitar music, as well as the scope of guitar in music around the world. Whether you’re just starting and want to learn your favorite songs, or are looking to dive deeper into jazz, theory, and beginning your career, I’m certain I will help you find the inspiration you need to learn to become a better guitarist today.

About Ryan

As a professional musician who has pursued the guitar as a dream for much of my life, I feel incredibly indebted to the community of musicians who helped me find the resources needed to turn this vision into a reality. Because of this, I feel equally indebted to the younger generation and my peers

Maggie is an incredible teacher! My daughter has been taking lessons with her for 3 months now and she has improved so much. My daughter is in high school and has been playing for a few years now. She wanted to be more serious so we started taking lessons with Maggie. She has so much fun every lesson and I can hear her improve every time she practices after a lesson. Maggie makes playing the bass so fun. My daughter is always so excited and I can’t wait to see where this will lead to next.

Maggie has expert knowledge about the double bass from studying with members of the best orchestras in the US. Her teaching lead me to achieve things on the instrument that I didn't know I could do. I highly recommend her as a teacher!

"Super awesome teacher!

Jordan helped me match pitch better, and become more aware of my breath. I had already taken piano lessons in the past, so it was really nice to be able to reviews music as well. She is very good with communication and always is available via email and phone with any questions I have."

"Kristilyn is a great teacher. I have only been playing bassoon for four months and she has taught me several things that have helped me to play better. Even though I have had only one lesson from her I know by her instructions I will improve. I plan on continuing lessons with her and recommend her to anyone needing bassoon lessons."

"Don is a fantastic teacher, and not just for beginners but for experienced players as well!
I've been playing guitar for about 20 years, but haven't taken any formal lessons in the past 15 of those. I felt like I was in a rut with my playing so I started taking lessons with Don a few months ago. He was able to immediately help me improve my technique and help me correct some inefficiencies that I didn't even notice I was doing. Don has a great way of showing that there are multiple ways to play the instrument and not one specific "right" and "wrong" way.
I feel like I've made more progress in the last 4 months than I had in years."

"My 12 year old daughter has been taking lessons with Jane following 3-4 years of singing in various choral groups, and the experience has been nothing short of fantastic. Jane has done a great job of teaching and/or locking down the fundamentals of singing - from breathing, to posture, to how to practice effectively - while also keeping the learning fun and making it feel like it is not work. My daughter has deepened her love of singing while learning a great deal at the same time. I can't recommend Jane enough!"
