Interested in improving in math? Want to ace your future classes? I will assist in building up the fundamental of math skills. During my senior year at high school, I used to tutor students ranging from elementary school to high school mathematics at a Mathnasium facility. I have also worked with students that range from visual learners to hands-on students to those who need repetitive practice of the same concept or even more time with the material. This experience allowed me to understand different students and approach their unique ways of learning. I believe it is more rewarding for the student if I spend more time than given in a class period to address one topic if there are potential concerns or misunderstanding of certain topics.
Heading into my senior year, I am currently an undergraduate student at Rutgers University pursuing a major in Biomedical Engineering and a minor in Mathematics. I have tutored as math instructor at a local Mathnasium facility throughout the summers, during my senior year of high school, and wheneve

David discovered his love for music early on at the age of seven with the musical/movie: The Sound of Music. He and his siblings would entertain their babysitter by acting out the entire musical - singing and dancing along with the soundtrack. To make it even more fun, they would sometimes speed u

We will use a 2-1 approach to constructive criticism, where for every possible improvement, we will say two positives. At times, we will use singing as a tool to figure out everything from melodies and rhythm. I also believe heavily in making music fun and enjoyable and loving our own sound. The types of repertoire we will explore include and are not limited to: solo music, concertos, etudes, calisthenics, orchestral repertoire, and duets.
My only expectations - come in with an open mind and preparation!
