Dan has taught for about 10 years and speaks with efficient feedback. His experiences playing in ensembles has made him an extremely strong musician. I would recommend him for any advanced brass lesson tutoring. He can relate to people of any age so younger students would benefit from his energetic nature as well.

Julie B.

Loves Park, IL

About Julie

The ability to play the piano has been the greatest gift in my life, and I have always wanted to share that gift with others.
I earned a BA in Music Ministry with a Piano Pedagogy Minor and have been teaching piano since 2008. I have taught ages 4-adult and enjoy helping each student succeed. My students have two recitals every year, which gives the opportunity to share what we have been working on and celebrate successes every six months.
I firmly believe that theory and the ability to read music are important skills that should be learned, whether on their own, or as part of music lessons
. Once you can understand notation and theory, a whole new world opens up to you.
