Victoria is very knowledgeable and was very engaged throughout the lesson. She asked good questions to assess my goals and playing level, and tailored the lesson appropriately. I am looking forward to my next lesson.

Accordion is a blast to learn and play.! I specialize in piano accordion but do also play diatonic as well.
Lessons will aim to give the student the musical foundation and tools they need to explore this amazing instrument. Focus on many style of music and an aim to work toward playing the student's favorites songs will be a primary goal in addition to having a lot of fun! :)

About Jason

I am a teacher who desires students with enthusiasm to learn. I am willing to work with all levels of gifting and am not a teacher who will make a student feel bad about mistakes, as I believe they are the secret to learning. J.S. Bach said the music was given for two purposes: the glory of God and

Jason is THE BEST teacher. He's personable and friendly, not at all intimidating, and has music skillz. He's also really good at not just teaching the music as written, but also encouraging interpretation and improvisation. Additionally, he has lots of fun, helpful little tricks and tips to make it easier to (for example) change chords or play a song with less movement of the hands. Also, he has 2 cats who might occasionally drop in.
10/10, would learn again!

Jason's joy for playing music is infectious. He teaches with a love of music that not only inspires and accelerates learning but gives you the motivation to keep improving.

While Jason has a broad expertise in music and a variety of musical instruments, He excels in improvisation and personal creativity, practical application of music theory, and growing one's motor skills and general understanding.

Additionally, he is excellent about understanding your personal goals and meeting you where you are, making him a fantastic resource for whatever level one might be.

Plus, he is just a really kind guy to be around and genuinely cares about his students' wellbeing and growth!

Definitely recommend!

I have been taking online violin lessons for nearly one year and it has been a great experience. Jason is very encouraging, he works with your schedule, and is very helpful in suggesting new types of styles and songs.

I have been helping others learn math for 4 years and I enjoy watching it click for others just as much as I enjoyed it when math first began to make sense to me. From experience, I know that mathematics can be very easy, or seemingly impossible to learn depending on how the information and concepts are presented. Whether you need help with fractions, factoring polynomials, trigonometric identities, solving triple integrals, or anything in between, I can break everything down to first principles, and help you attain that deep understanding of the concepts that will get you that A on your next test.

About Dinora

For more than 5 years, my goal as a tutor has been steadfast: I help students learn more and make progress in their studies. I don't just teach them how to count, read, and write: I show them how to build on their skills and reach their true potential. I know from my own experience how hard it is to

Tatiana is great! I was a complete beginner when I started lessons with her—couldn’t read music or play anything. Very quickly she got me to the point where I could play fairly difficult pieces really well.
She is really warm and friendly as well

Tatiana is an amazing teacher! I took piano lessons with her for one year to prepare for my entrance auditions to a music program in college, and she helped me to make an enormous difference in my piano playing technique. She has high standards, and helps you to get better and better without ever being too overbearing. She has a solid lesson plan for each and every lesson, and a bigger picture of what you can achieve within a month or a year. She is amazing at teaching proper piano technique, she is very positive and patient, and gets great results. I recommend her 1000000%!

It has been an absolute pleasure working with and learning from Damien during the start of my clarinet playing experience. He has been an incredibly patient, kind, and helpful instructor as evident in his willingness to listen to and respond to my desired performance goals. From the beginning, he has been willing to help tailor his instructional method to meet me at my experience level as well as facilitate playing the pieces I wish. Damien is a laid-back and easy-going instructor that I would recommend to anyone looking to build on existing knowledge or start learning the clarinet.

"Mike has designed a curriculum that is engaging, challenging, and fun. His curriculum and teaching style are also highly adaptable, whether you want to learn "by the book" and learn strict technique and theory, or if you want to purely have fun and learn a few songs. Either way, his lessons are fun, and your drumming will definitely improve with him as your guide."

"I started with Jeff in 1976 after becoming frustrated with my teacher who only taught the Carol Kaye method. Jeff was a breath of fresh air with his encouraging me to perfect my basic skills and expand the genres of music I listened to and played. After a few months he understood exactly the way I learned and my lessons became focused on my personal progression that was always changing at that age of my life.

What remained a constant during my years of lessons was Jeff’s caring nature, commitment to better my skills, understanding reading music, theory, and playing by ear. These skills he imparted to me continue today, over 40 years later.

Thank you Jeff!"

50+ Best Acapella Songs for Girls, Guys, Groups & More | TakeLessons

Every singer should have a few traditional and contemporary acapella songs under their belt. Many times, singers are required to sing acapella at auditions - without an accompanist or background track. Music directors often ask singers to sing acapella in order to hear and test their musicality and stamina. (Acapella singing requires that these skills be sharp!) It also shows that you’re able to be a leader, and that you're comfortable having the spotlight on you as a solo singer. If …
