Technique is number 1! And before you even get to the vocal work, Breathing technique is key! So we will begin with that, and work forward. The Ultimate goal is to get your Technique working so well for you that you don't have to think about it, it begins to happen automatically. I have been teaching this subject for over 10 years. I have a Doctorate of Musical Arts degree in Vocal Performance and a minor in Vocal Pedagogy. My students can expect vocal technique through warmups, appropriate repertoire selection, language guidance, and an integration of singing and acting (performance skill) appropriate for auditions. We will work on consistency of resonance, intonation, breath, and interpretation.

I have been singing on and off with multiple teachers because I didn't feel like I was improving or going anywhere. I too have an issue in sticking things through. But this angel. This Sassy angel who is fun and my God patient has helped me with the vocal struggles I faced.
Let talk about her online lessons. I was skeptical at first. I live in Massachusetts and she lives in Los Angeles. I was afraid that I wasn't going to get that personal interaction just someone yelling at me through a screen. NOT AT ALL! She knows how to teach online. Some teachers don't. Those teachers need to learn from Rosita on how to teach online cause wow. She has this online folder for me that I can access through my phone and it has my notes, my practice log, my music, my audio. This woman knows what she is doing.
At first I sounded like a banshee trying to sing. I had no recognition of the pitch. My other teachers would tell me just "to repeat and find" go "higher or lower" Not Rosita. She worked with me and explain to me how pitch worked. She made me feel like I wasn't a lost cause. In 3 weeks I started to hear the improvement. She is so motivational, she will point out the improvements when I don't hear them and when I go home to hear the recording, she actually wasn't lying. I heard it! It's really amazing to have someone with such expertise to deal with a crazy lady like myself. I saw one of her students performing in New York and knowing that was her student really motivated me.
Rosita deals with professionals all the time and to have someone like that teach you is amazing. She is definitely not like the other teachers out there, she wants to show you that you can do it. As other reviews said, she is a gem."

He has incredible experience and loves what he is doing.
Lothair knows a lot of techniques and more importantly, he knows how to teach them! Online Lessons work very easy. Had no problems the last years! Always excited for the next lesson with him, as he is a very nice person who is really interested in teaching and improving you and not just in making money. He knows that he is successful, when you are successful. Lothair knows how it works and your in the best hands with him! ;) cheers, Victor"
