I have just started guitar lessons with Stan and the lessons are going very well. It's exciting to be learning note reading which is something I have always wanted to do. Stan is thorough and clear in his instructions and I look forward to each lesson. I feel lucky to have Stan as my teacher.

Stan is very knowledgeable about singing, and he teaches more than just voice lessons. It seems like he looks for the best in you as an artist, and try to take it to another level. I'm a new student of his, and it's been great so far. Looking forward to the weekly lessons.
Stan is obviously both knowledgeable and talented but he is also a very good teacher and will tailor your lessons not only to your ability but also to your own personal goals

Learning to sing can be scary! It is my mission to provide a safe, supportive learning environment for students where they can develop skills to be a confident performer. It is important to me that students study in genres that they are the most comfortable; I myself have a love of all genres of music, including classical, musical theater, pop, rock, folk, and even punk. In my studio, students will learn and maintain a healthy technique for their instrument to be able to achieve any of their creative or professional goals. In addition to learning voice technique, we will strive towards a well-rounded music education that includes music theory, ear-training, and music literacy.

About Terry

I am a professional soprano, flutist, and composer; I graduated from Bridgewater State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Music. While in school, I won the 2014 Concerto Competition and was awarded an ATP Grant in 2015 for my original compositions for mezzo-soprano and piano. Since graduating, I

I have taught students of all ages - 4yrs to 75yrs in private & group voice lessons for years. I studied under Lisa Kelly (formerly of Celtic Woman) & with Anuna (an Ireland-based singing group, & the original Riverdance choir). I worked with the Lisa Kelly Voice Academy in Peachtree City for 1.5yrs and managed the satellite studio in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL for 1 year.
My focus is on building confidence in the individual singer and the mechanics of singing - breathing and posture and placement of the voice in different genres of music. The mechanics of the voice remain the same, but different styles require different control. Let's work on it together!

"I Am Learning How To Use My Voice Like An Instrument

Margo’s vocal training technique helped me to become a more consistent vocalist. I use to reach for notes when I was concerned about hitting the wrong note. She taught me where to place notes in my mouth by using my Jaw, head, body, etc. In addition, Margo taught me how to phrase the songs that I like to sing more beautifully.

Thank you :-D"

"I’m a beginner so Denise gave me a cd to practice my breathing and warm ups even when I’m not with her. THis was my first voice lesson so I don’t have much to compare her too but in my opinion she’s was very professional. I’ll deffinetly be going back to her In the future."

"My son (14) and daughter (12) take voice lessons from Michelle (and Robert) and they have learned SO much. Michelle is great! She is patient and always goes above and beyond. She has become a positive role model for them both and they really look up to her. My kids started voice lessons because they are interested in musical theater, so she has helped them with preparation, auditioning and confidence. Michelle teaches them so much more, though. They are learning songs in different languages and different styles to expand their knowledge and their voices. Their voices have grown so much since starting lessons and I am so proud of them! We are very lucky to have found Michelle and Robert and consider it a blessing to have them in our lives."
