- Tbilisi State College of Music and Arts - Bachelor's Degree in Violin Performance.

Perhaps you have decided to become a professional musician or maybe you want to play for your own enjoyment... Whatever your goals are, I can lead you there! Would highly recommend as a teacher for beginner-adults. Zhana is a wonderful, patient, and constructive teacher and has several regular adult and child students.

I've gone to her for the past 2 years as we work through the first few suzuki levels. As an adult learner, violin is tough but Zhana breaks it down and gives helpful feedback.

She also goes above and beyond for her students by organizing recitals a few times a year. Her adult-students and child-students all perform at recitals.

Ms. Lee has been teaching me piano and violin for almost a year now. I've gone from a complete beginner to being able to play some of my favorite pieces. She has a really great personality and makes the lessons fun but at the same time really clear. I rarely get confused and don’t feel as frustrated as I did with other teachers!

Ms. Lee is the best instructor ever!!!! When I started taking lessons with her, I was blown away by how much progress we made in one short lesson! She helped me grow so much! She is everything you would see in a perfect teacher: Kind, compassionate, knowledgable, and has the most amazing personality! She knows exactly what to do for every piece of music that I learn, and teaches me new techniques in every lesson that I carry on to every ensemble I participate in! Going off to my university next year, I am sad that I cannot have lessons with her when I leave. But I know that she was the one who got me there, who prepared me for college level of music at a university ranked number one in the nation for orchestral music. She helped make me who I am today, and I will forever be grateful to have her as a tutor and a friend! and to whom it may concern, I promise you that if you pick her as your tutor you are making the best decision of your life!

About Martin
"Don't hear the song how YOU hear it; hear your song how your LISTENER will hear it!"<—My first lesson for making rap; that one's free ;)

Yo! My name's "Maestro" Martin Connor, and for the past 7 years, I've spent every minute of every day working with rap and hip hop not "just" as a musician, but as a journalist, author, scholar, DJ, and performer...and even a concert performer & artist manager sometimes! I now take all of this knowledge from rap, and use it to teach students how to make the best damn rap out there. I've taught over 50 students more than 150 lessons through an engaging 1-on-1, 1-hour format on Skype, and those videos can be seen on my YouTube channel (which has over 700 subscribers and more than 3000 hours of watching!) Because I've written multiple books, released many albums, and gained over 30 million lifetime view
s on my website RapAnalysis.com, there is no problem for a beginning rapper that I have not encountered and overcome.

So DAMN! You still haven't messaged me? C'mon, what are you waiting for! Ha, talk to you soon!

About Zak
I graduated with a BS in music from Skidmore College in 2002 and have been making my living as a professional musician ever since by touring internationally as a performer, making studio records, composing for film and television, and teaching. I am primarily a guitar player and a songwriter. I grew up playing drums and studied them well into college. I'm deeply influenced by the blues and country music, but I love anything that's good! I studied jazz and composition in school with a focus on improvisation. I wouldn't be half the musician I am today without the help of a few wonderful teachers. I think of them when I teach and do my best to inspire my students with the same joy and support that was offered to me.

I took guitar lessons with Zak for about 4 years and it was a great experience! I would pick a song to play, and as I learned the song he would teach me the scales that go with it. So I would learn the song and the music theory behind it, super cool. I also learned how to read sheet music from Zak. I enjoyed taking lessons from him!

About Isabel
Thank you for visiting my profile!

To tell you a bit about myself, I am originally from New York where I earned my degree from the Arts and Sciences College at Cornell University. I have studied music at Cornell, Hunter College and Mannes College, and have sung and played piano since my youth. I have been taught by jazz and classical pianists, including world renowned concert pianist, Xiayin Wang. My own professional performance career spans some fifteen years and counting.

For the past several years, I have specialized in piano teaching because I love to embark students on new journeys of musical discovery at the piano! I teach students at my home studio in Westfield where I have an acoustic piano. My specialty is serving beginners through intermediate students who are up to practicing. My students have gone on to shine i
n talent shows, recitals, bands and anywhere else where they choose to make music.

An everyday piano lesson with me incorporates piano improvisation, educational games and apps, music theory and, of course, plenty of fun music to take home and practice! It is my passion to make music come alive for others, and I would love to help you or your loved ones reach musical goals at the piano.

She has worked with Ohio Light Opera, Utah Festival Opera and Musical Theatre and Lyric Opera San Diego. About Hudson
Hello!

My name is Hudson and I have been playing guitar for over 15 years! Music is my passion and if you are looking for someone to help you make sense of this wonderful thing called music and express that on the guitar then I want to help you.

I grew up in Southern California where I picked up the guitar at age 15. Mostly because my dad listened to a lot Santana and Led Zeppelin. After digging to classic rock and hard rock (from the 60's to the 90's) I got into all of the guitar heroes (Satriani, Vai, Malmsteen, Rhoads, Wylde, Gilbert, etc..) Then I found country guitar and have been digging into that the last few years.

If you love guitar and music in general and want to increase your technique, theory knowledge, or any of the ins and outs of playing with a band, or even what type of pick to use then I would love to help y
ou!

All my best,

Hudson

Hudson is an extremely patient teacher. His passion for music shows through the way he teaches. Having never picked up a Guitar before, by the end of the hour I was sharing the same dedication Hudson has for music. My biggest issue has always been coordination with my fingers and hands. He taught me how to be patient with myself and pay close attention to the placement of my fingers. I would highly recommend Hudson, he will definitely help you reach your goals with music and make you an overall better guitar player!
