I am an experienced musician and performer with a variety of teaching skills gained over 20 years of study and action. Lessons in my studio are about so much more than just learning to sing a song or write music. Students are instilled with business knowledge, work ethic, and confidence so that they can truly accomplish whatever they set their minds to. We go deep and focus on how to develop new mental and physical habits that can help the student better express his/herself. We work hard on a curriculum that is specifically catered to the student's needs, and of course, is fun too!

I've worked with students from ages 6-65, with varying backgrounds and interests. From complete beginners to professional performing artists. All students are guaranteed to see improvement in their technical skills within the first month of lessons. Let's do this!

Your first lesson with me will be fun and exciting. You will learn how to play a fun simple song and scales and rhythm. I measure your success by how well you practice using the techniques I give you, I also measure progress according to how many times a week you practice, I am committed to inspire people of all ages and skill levels to learn more about music. I believe that music for every individual should be a pleasurable learning experience. Whether you are a beginner or advanced musiciane or vocalist. After 3 to 6 months with you, you will have learned how to play simple songs, 12 scales and read the lines and spaces of Treble and Bass Clef and play 3 rhythm patterns

Whether the student is a child or an adult, with little or no training, it is my goal to make singing an enjoyable and freeing experience. Singing with complete vocal freedom and confidence can seem very elusive. Surprisingly, it's not as elusive as one might think! The steps to vocal freedom are within reach and most students experience a measure of freedom within the first lessons. Using a systematic method incorporating learning technique and songs the student loves to sing makes learning more fun and gives the student a greater appreciation of music as a whole while encouraging a passion for music that lasts a lifetime.

Singing lessons are tailored to match student goals and interests while providing technical challenges. I specialize in musical theater, praise/worship, and popular styles. I also have experience teaching jazz, classical, and songwriting techniques. Music lessons should be fun! But lessons also need to focus on growing students beyond their comfort zones.
