Cecilia is simply a Master! She has a natural talent. I am a DoubleBass player and I didn't need to change my technique, she just listened my playing and helped me to 'repower' my performance. Her ideas are so clear that she made my bass sounds like a professional player. We need masters like her."
Awesome teacher! Friendly and supportive.

I've always wanted to play Violin but was always intimidated by the instrument, especially when I finally bought one and picked
My intimidation went away when I started taking lessons with Kelvin.
Kelvin provided all of the necessary steps and guidelines along the way from my first note to my first song and did it with many examples that I can perfectly relate to.
He keeps things simple yet very complex at the same time.
The way he teaches is very easy to understand.
He can instantly notice a mistake if I've made one and he is able to correct it easily.
And through all of this, every lesson I take with him is very fun and exciting.
Kelvin is truly a professional and it is wonderful to be able to learn to play violin from him."
I have never taken one on one lessons but when I was blessed with the opportunity to join my church's wors
Take lessons lead me straight to Cosima. She knows what she's taking about and is very helpful when it comes to making sure I understand every area of singing. I am very shy about singing but with Cosima makes me feel comfortable and she gives me many reminders that its ok to mess up, at her studio we're allowed to make mistakes. Little by little I can see myself coming out of my shell and begin to gain the singing confidence I was missing.
I look forward to our lessons together. and will encourage any student out there that is looking for a professional but also a person who cares about your singing growth and ability, to take Cosima as your teacher. you wont regret it!!"

I am currently a second year masters student at The University of Delaware in violin performance and am teaching between Newark Delaware, Bender music school in Elkton MD, and North East Maryland- where my studio is located. Currently I have availability on Wednesdays at Bender music store and have openings on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in my North East location. Driving to your location is on a need by need basis depending on your location, if I have students in other locations, and if you are unable to come to one of my studios.

I am accepting students who are looking for a permanent teacher OR who are looking to advance during the summer for the next school year. I teach from age 7 to adult. I mainly teach classical violin, but if you express an interest in fiddling music we can certainly look at fiddle material though my main concentration is in classical music.
Looking forward to meeting you!
