Looking for an instructor for your child learning violin? Looking to score a 1 in state solo? Looking to start violin playing violin yourself?

Violin is one of the more difficult instruments to learn but also one of the most rewarding! Playing the violin has enriched my life and I'd like to share that with others.

I have been playing violin for over a decade! I have moved from the Oklahoma area, where I was concertmaster for the texhoma area. I also played with the Cameron University Community Orchestra for a number of years. I can offer teaching for beginners on the suzuki method, essential elements, etc.

I stress strong fundamentals of technique and music theory as a way to create a strong foundation on which to develop a young musician and help others up to the immediate range.

Please contact me if you are looking to start learning violin or need some coaching!

Thanks,
Ryan

I am a highly motivated piano teacher with the experience of 35+ years of private lessons in my home. I enjoy teaching all ages and levels in many genres of music. Included in lessons besides learning beautiful pieces, are emphasis on technical skills, music theory, sight reading and improvising. I tailor lessons according to existing strengths and weaknesses. My students are equipped with the knowledge of how to practice at home! I record each lessons' assignments for the student to use at home to practice efficiently.

About Toni

I've studied and enjoyed piano since I was very young, having classical piano study as my musical foundation. As a student, my teacher had me participate in our area's Student Piano Proficiency Certification program up through all ten levels. Also, as a pre-teen, I started voice lessons and 'sang

She is kind, patient, and thorough in her teaching. She makes sure to explain why you use proper technique, not just telling you to do so. She helps you become a better pianist and love what you are learning. Would highly recommend for a beginner or an advance player. Started beginner level In June. Age 10.

Toni is very professional in how she conducts her lessons. She is very knowledgeable and skilled at teaching piano and shows a lot of patients and kindness. I find her very understanding and agreeable to our needs and she does an amazing job accommodating our special requirements. I find her prices to be reasonable and her scheduling to be practical.

My daughter has been taking lessons with Toni for several months now. This is her second piano teacher and the improvement we've seen from switching is just unbelievable. I love Toni's philosophy of teaching the kids to read music and all the fundamentals of basic piano chords and scales before they get into "fun music". I thought my daughter would not like it, but she loves the sense of accomplishment she feels when she can sight-read a piece of music just because of the time she has taken to work on the basics. If your child is serious about wanting to play piano, I think Toni is a fantastic choice!

Well, so far this is only my first bass lesson, so I didn't even know if I would like it. But I must say I'm more excited than ever! Kevin is clearly a virtuoso player, with a pleasant, relaxed demeanor, clear teaching style, and the best sense of humor. That really takes any edge off any nervousness. I'm looking forward to the next one!

"I have been taking lessons from Ahmad for nearly a year now.

Ahmad is a fantastic guitar player, but more importantly to me he is an experienced and effective teacher.

From the first lesson he has been clear, concise, encouraging, motivating and serious about my progress on the guitar.

Ahmad displays a strong passion for guitar playing and teaching and his in depth understanding of the subject comes across in his lessons.

His lessons are very well thought out. Over weeks of teaching, you can look back and see that each lesson has clearly built on the last, and nearly every week I have been amazed at the things that I can play and how easy it has been by taking incremental steps to improve.

The one on one time with Ahmad has been a great help. He pays very close attention to every little thing I do to make sure I am doing things the right way all with the intention of making sure that I avoid any roadblocks or technical issues that can lead to plateaus.

Ahmad's clear gift for teaching and his amazing talent on guitar are a killer combination for a guitar teacher. I would highly recommend anyone who is serious about improving on guitar both technically and harmonically look to Ahmad.

You definitely get the impression that he can teach just about anything."

"Fawn is the one who revolutionalized my voice. I was singing off pitch and she was able to get me completely on pitch. She helped me fine tune my songs and record my songs in the studio. Even though we are on different coasts and she was on the computer in the studio, she has an excellent ear and valuable input, and when I was off, she was able to get me back on track. She is honest and works easily and professionally with my producers and engineer and the end result is excellent. I performed 3 songs this year and was paid $400. I think that's pretty great for a beginner. If you have Fawn on your team, you're sure to be a success."

"Studying with Naum I not developed my musicality tremendously, while still focusing on technical aspects of playing. He is a patient, inspiring instructor. My little brother (13) studied with Naum for three years and is now playing at a level above many his age. What I appreciate the most about Naum's approach, is his ability to adapt to his student's individual needs and abilities. I always felt my lessons were made for me, and this helped me grow very quickly as a musician. I should also add that Naum is a fantastically talented player, and very moving to hear in concert."

"I've had a very positive experience with Troy for vocal training. I'm an adult learner with some classical guitar experience, but I've always been terrified of singing. Since starting lessons many months ago, I've noticed steady improvement in my vocal skills and confidence. Our repertoire so far has included popular songs, broadway, and classical. Troy has a deep and broad understanding of music in general, and our lessons have expanded based on my interests to include ear training, music theory, and writing arrangements. Troy is both knowledgeable and approachable - a rare combination - and I would highly recommend him to students of all backgrounds."
