Clarinet Lessons in Fairywood. Amazing Teachers.

Weekly lessons are offered for students of all levels and ages. An individualized and thoughtful lesson plan will be provided on a weekly basis which will be based on the students musical needs and skill level.

I am from Dallas, Texas but moved to Pittsburgh to study with Michael Rusinek of the Pittsburgh Symphony. I received my Bachelor of Music in Music Education from Southern Methodist University and my Master of Music and Advanced Music Studies Certificate from Carnegie Mellon University.

The student will be instructed on the basics of proper playing techniques, music theory, and musicianship. They will learn to read music and also play by ear which will make them a well rounded player.

As I lead my college students into a music profession, I remind them that I am primarily teaching them to be musicians who perform musically through their chosen instrument.
