I am a professional clarinetist passionate about sharing the joy of music with others. I specialize in beginner to intermediate students of all ages. I teach students how to practice and why to practice in order to help them fall in love with the clarinet! Typical lessons involve scales, sight reading, and a piece that the student chooses. If you like having fun and learning about different kinds of music send me a message!

I have had such a great experience taking clarinet lessons from Elia. She is very good at motivating me to practice in a non-degrading way, and she is always so supportive of my progress and struggles. I find that her explanations are very helpful and easy to understand, which I think is important for any teacher. I feel like I've improved a lot in the short time that I have been working with her, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great teacher!

Elle has been very helpful. I am an older student just beginning on the clarinet. Elle took the time to ask what by goal is and my music background. She is very patient and has given me a number of great suggestions to get started. She is always pleasant and positive and I look forward to our sessions.

I got a perfect score on NYSSMA thanks to the wonderful lessons from Elia! Elia was extremely organized and helped me stay on top of all of the audition requirements. She also gave me tips and exercises for my performance anxiety.
