Travis is a wonderful, encouraging & enthusiastic teacher. My son (10) loves going there. He learns a lot and progresses quite quickly - and at the same time it’s always fun.

Travis was great. He paced the lesson right for my daughter and started instilling some fundamentals that she was missing. He is kind and friendly. And a great musician!

Keith is great! My nearly 6 year old son has only been seeing Keith for a few weeks, but he’s already learned so much. Keith is everything you want in a teacher - he’s funny, patient and has a really great way of explaining drumming concepts is such a way that even a student as young as my son can grasp. Even my son has said Keith is a great teacher!

When it comes to bass guitar we are looking at it like the rhythm section along with drums. It is a very important piece to any ensemble. I will be showing you basics of the bass guitar and prepare you to head in the right direction to be able to play live one day.

Just had my first lesson with Billy and it was fantastic! He created the perfect balance of learning something enjoyable that I would be excited to go home and practice along with things that I had skipped over and knew I needed to re-visit in order to improve. I was impressed with his ability to quickly gauge my skill level and prior music knowledge so it didn’t feel mundane but challenged me just the perfect amount. Excited for our next lesson already!

Billy helped me understand what i wanted out of music and tailored the lesson to do just that...started w the basics but then let me direct whete i wanted to take my playing...easy going and made it so much fun....i would recommend him to anyone at the beginner/intermediate level, as he is adept at getting to know who u are as a player and goes at the appropriate pace....great teacher!

Hello! I am an actor, singer, and teacher in NYC. I was an adjunct faculty at NYU Steinhardt Vocal Performance program 2017-2019. At NYU, I taught private voice lessons to NYU students for 2 years, from beginner to advanced singers. My goal is to find your "authentic" voice so that you can sing in a healthy and sustainable way across the genres. (classical, music theater, pop/rock, R&B/soul, country, etc.) I have developed a style of teaching that is efficient and flexible. I will cater my lessons to your needs!

I also studied voice science (vocology) through the NYU Voice Center under the SLPs and Laryngologists, so I understand how the vocal system works. I will provide explanations that make sense using anatomy and physiology!

My teaching style is “taller-made” for each student and his/her development. Since singing is a combination of technique and expression, and is very physical and emotional, I aim to help each of my students gain that balance of emotionality with technique!

"First time I signed up my 5 year old for lessons and Ben has managed to incorporate a serious learning environment with a fun twist for her. At first I thought we were all in over our heads in this venture. But after getting used to the lessons I can see my daughter's learning and love for song will grow more every week. It's not what she initially invosioned in a singing class but I can see she'll realize the value of how singing is done."

"Howard is an amazing teacher. He has a love for teaching and watching his students learn and apply their new skills and is great at communicating lessons from his extensive knowledge of all things piano. I enjoyed learning from Howard so much that I would make the 60 mile one way trip to him to take classes. I now have a child and another on the way and that makes it more difficult to make such long trips on one of the fewer and fewer free days I have, but I definitely plan to come back. Howard taught me so much and I would hate to lose what I've learned (although I'm sure Howard could pull it back out of me in short order)."

"Fawn is humble, honest, compassionate, talented and kind. I didn't have the best childhood, growing up away from my parents and living with other relatives who never believed in celebrating holidays or birthdays. With the winter holidays upon us, Fawn asked me if I wanted to sing any Chanukah or Christmas songs. When I explained to her my childhood situation, she said that made her a little sad and how did I feel about "re-branding" the holiday season? She told me that I could have a "do-over" at any time, any day, any moment of my life. I had never thought of it that way. So we are currently re-branding Christmas for me and it has been really exciting and fun! One of the things she suggested I do is get a group of my friends together to sing Carols and Chanukkah songs and visit a convalescent home. I am super excited to do this! Not only can I talk to Fawn about anything, she is a terrific vocal coach. My voice has become stronger and I have more control. My friends all tell me I sound way better and completely different (in a good way) then before! You will love her. You'll love your progress and Fawn."
