About Malda
At age of 6, I began extensive professional piano training and have been performing around same age too. Since 1993 I hold Bachelors Degree in Music with Major in Piano Performance and Pedagogy.

I've been teaching piano to all ages and levels for over 20 years. I love teaching and I'm very patient and kind.

I believe in the power of music to reach deep into the human personality.
I would like to inspire and educate my students in general music knowledge and introduce them to the
beautiful atmosphere the piano instrument creates.
I have participated in numerous competitions and recitals with my students, where many of my students have won awards.

I'm a highly experienced Piano Teacher and active performing Concert Pianist.

I'm also available to accompany students for recitals, concerts, etc.

*** Lesson Details ***
It is
my passion to teach music, investing in the lives of students and using music to cultivate their growth.

It is so important that all my students get out of the lessons what they want and be happy. For ex. I choose some piano pieces and I play for the student, and the student can choose the one that likes more, or if a student has a particular piece that really wants to learn then I explain that and find creative ways to allow that student to meet their goal.
This technique would work for the student, pushes them to practice more and enjoy that. With experience in classical and contemporary music, my teaching philosophy is to build strong technique, to develop musicality, to improve sight-reading skills, and to give to my students good knowledge of theory.

I will train for competitions, recitals or just for fun.

I enjoy teaching all levels (beginners - very advanced) and abilities.

I'm very friendly, patient and believe that anyone can learn to play piano and love their lessons.

*** Studio Equipment ***
Studio Room: Piano, parents can sit in the waiting room

*** Travel Equipment ***
Piano or keyboard

*** Specialties ***
I teach piano (performance and pedagogy), music theory using any method that is suitable for my student, like, Alfred, Nancy and Randall Faber, Bastien, etc.

My instructor ( Malda Keri) is extremely well qualified as an instructor. She is patient, understanding an has a sense of humor. I am a senior with a visual deficiency and she always seems to take that into consideration during my practice sessions. She has been with me for 6 months and I feel major progress.

I've been working with Dennis for about 5 years, and who knows, I may be learning from him 5 years from now. It's great learning from him. Not only does he know his stuff and makes his teaching personal to your needs, but he also has a way to make you feel successful even when you are struggling. I always feel better about my playing when I leave than when I got to his studio. He recognizes my learning style and what I want to accomplish, then builds his teaching around that. Dennis a masterful teacher. He has the ability to listen and understand where I am in my learning curve and adjust his lessons to my skill level. When I wanted theory, he went there. When I wanted to learn blues riffs he patiently showed me a few scales. I always leave a session having learned something new.

If you are looking for a guitar teacher (and yes, he also teaches keyboards and other instruments) I'd say put your time and money into Dennis and you, like I, will feel it is one of your best investments

About Tzytle
I am originally from Oceanside, California. I received my Bachelors of Music in Vocal Performance from Boston Conservatory and her Masters of Music in Voice and Opera Performance from Northwestern University. During my degree programs, I taught elementary school to college age students in musical theatre, pop and opera singing. As a performer, I specialize in both musical theatre and opera. She has worked with Ohio Light Opera, Utah Festival Opera and Musical Theatre and Lyric Opera San Diego. She has played roles ranging from Reno Sweeney in Anything Goes to Mother Marie in Dialogues of the Carmelites. When she is not singing, Ms. Steinman also loves to dance jazz, ballet, tap and hip hop.

I am known for my presence on stage and acting abilities and was once described as the Lucile Ball of opera. I enjoy sharing her heart and soul with
all around me, on and off stage. I believe that Art is essential to life and a basic need of human existence. While medical doctors help with physical pains, artists are doctors who help revive the souls of the world.

I believe that everyone has their own unique voice and I want to help find that voice. Singing is a beautiful experience that enriches the soul. It motivates people to find their best possible selves. It is exciting, fun and brings happiness to all. I want to share this joy with everyone and hope you will join me on this journey to find the beauty of music.

I have played clarinet since the age of 10. I still remember the day I went to the music store and picked out the instrument that I would put my blood, sweat, and tears in for the next 10 years. The experience was very similar to the wand selection process in Harry Potter and magical in it's own way. The shop keeper came out with each instrument one by one - flute, baritone, saxophone, and then clarinet- and played a funny tune on each. I chose the clarinet. I still have that same clarinet, though beat up and run down from years of marching band practice. I still love it and remember fondly the magic I made with it. I hope to impart some of that magic onto my students.

I have been a member of the Kiltie Marching Band at Riverview High School and the Gator Marching Band at the University of Florida. I have studied under Anne Swain. My mos
t exciting performances include marching in the St. Patrick's day parade in Dublin, Ireland and performing at various events at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London.

I am a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst. I have 3 years of experience working with children ages 2-18 with developmental disabilities.

I am a holder of a medicaid provider number meaning I have undergone a level 2 background check with fingerprinting in order to obtain it. Verification can be obtained by searching my name on the medicaid provider website.
