I have been playing saxophone since 4th grade and have been teaching music lessons since I graduated from High School in 2003. I plan each students lesson to help meet and exceed their personal goals and expectations. All students will work on proper fingering, intonation, reading and understanding music/rhythms, breathing, and posture as well as learning to play musically- not just mechanically. I am very laid back and positive and try to set reasonable yet challenging goals for my students to meet each week.

About Nicole

I have been singing my entire life and teaching privately for 17 years. I am very passionate about private instruction, as I have personally found the most success through this method of learning music. When I am not working, I can be found singing in my church choir, playing saxophone and/or b

Welcome!

Jake here. I'm a teacher of piano, saxophone, flute, clarinet, production, music theory, and composition. I have 7 years of experience as a teacher, and it's one of the great joys in my life.

Every student has a unique outlook, and a unique set of interests, skills and challenges. I try to cater my teaching to each individual student. In other words, come as you are!

I can't guarantee that each of my students will go on to be a professional, but if that is your goal I'll help on the way. My only expectation is that you are progressing and growing. Hope that I can help :)
