She is very patient & understanding about giving instructions, directions, tips as well as the consideration of small praise for new accomplishments, preventing any discouragement. She gives the satisfaction of accepting new challenges that are feasible & ensured it was within my understanding, not to mention to focus on the basics & create that strong foundation of yourself. Even when I was just learning something or not, I will always walk out with something new to help me play ukulele. "I feel Grant can be whatever you need! After the first lesson, I was confused with music theory and he made it clear by the second lesson. He is very concise with his words and I really appreciate it as some teachers can talk your whole session away. I also asked to work on strumming techniques and he was quick to come up with new ones for me as well as explaining how I can create my own. He's fantastic!"

The warm and bright tone of the ukulele instantly transports you to a tropical island. The instrument had its beginnings on the island of Madeira off the coast of Portugal.
