I hired Dan to teach guitar to my 13-year-old godson and I cannot be happier. Dan is everything he wrote in his profile and more. He was definitely prepared and he was patient and he really connected with my godson. After he left, my godson was extremely excited and happy that I hired Dan to teach him guitar.

Strumming, learning songs by ear, reading music, singing while playing are all popular subjects for ukulele lessons. I am a guitarist by training, and although it's my first love, often I encourage beginners to play ukulele to start, especially young children, since it is a bit easier to start for smaller humans. Tenor ukulele is my favorite for its slightly larger (and more comfortable) body size. Let's get groovy with the uke!

About Brian

Brian has been great! My son really enjoys lessons with Brian. Before the pandemic my son attended in person lessons. I sat through the lessons outside the door and Brian was amazing. He had lots of patience with kids. He explains the lesson thoroughly! Anthony learned allot from him. Now because of the pandemic Emmy son does online classes with Brian. Which seems as if they are in person lessons. Anthony responds to Brian. After each lesson Brian follows through with suggestions, and homework for Anthony to practice through the week! It has been a real pleasure working with Brian! I would definitely recommend Brian. He’s great!

Brian is a great instructor, always offering great tips for practice, and songs that fit the appropriate level of experience. Would highly recommend!

I'm 10 years old. I started lessons with Brian 1.5 years ago. He's an awesome teacher. He's very good at making guitar concepts easy for me to understand. He's very patient. I started lessons in person, and when quarantine started, we did lessons online. Brian is great at teaching both online and in real life.

"Where to start about Kat??? She is simply incredible, kind, patient, caring, encouraging, creative, and did I mention she’s patient πŸ˜‰
I’ve wanted to learn to play an instrument since I was a kid (I’m 45 now) and I was always too busy to do it, but at 44 life decided it was time to put everything aside and battle leukemia. The chemotherapy, unfortunately caused neuropathy issues in my hands and feet and my sweet husband trying to find ways to strengthen my hands and fingers, gifted me a set of Ukulele lessons with Kat, and he couldn’t have chosen anyone better. Kat recorded the sweetest birthday message for me, which my husband shared when he gave me my gift 😍. I was so touched and emotional. Knowing that I had lots of restrictions to go out of my house, Kat automatically offered to come to my house to do my lessons. She is amazing!!! Thank you KatπŸ™πŸ½"
