He has taught me a lot. Lessons are not rushed. He allows me to learn based on my own interests, but also teaches a lot of basics of technique and music theory. The location is convenient to downtown Albuquerque and UNM neighborhood.

"I purchased ukulele's for my kids on our last vacation to Hawaii. I figured the best way to make sure they played them was to sign them up for lessons. Alex allowed the kids to take their lessons together which was really nice for them. They thought Alex was an excellent teacher and they learned a lot from him. I was surprised at how fast they learned. He was very patient and open to helping them learn the things they wanted to know. They just want to play for personal enjoyment.
