Great first lesson. Attentive, and I felt like we got right to playing. The hour went by real quick, but I feel like I gained something already, and expect to learn more in future lessons.

Did a great job of meeting me halfway on my experience level.

Ed's vast knowledge, experience and easy demeanor is helping me finally gain a better knowledge of the fretboard and expand beyond "blues box 1" and connect the patterns. I think I see a light bulb.

Ed has a pleasant easy going personality. I've had a couple of teachers who were great players, but lousy teachers. I quit my last teacher because he was completely unprepared and what we did had nothing to do with what we did the previous lesson that I had spent so much time practicing. I got the feeling he thought he was so good he could just wing it. Wrong. I've only had one lesson with Ed, but he seems well prepared and he has his program structured so the student can learn in a progressive manor.

I've taken guitar lessons from a few teachers and Dan is the best fit I've ever had. He is very patient and does a fantastic job of tailoring lessons to individual needs. He clearly loves to play music and is very thoughtful about how he shares this knowledge in his lessons. He never fails to encourage me as a guitar player and reinforces a 'can do' attitude. His positive and calm demeanor also make for a fantastic instructor. Thank you, Dan.

I saw a huge improvement with the 5 voice lessons that i took with Emo. He had a way of opening up my voice and expanding it and pushing me to get there. Even on days when i felt like my voice felt worn or hoarse and i though would not get anywhere with the lesson together we found a range that would allow me to push through it! Every time i leave his lesson my voice feels clear, more crisp and powerful even when speaking. I highly reccomend Emo, he is intuitive, kind and genuinely interested in helping you improve. cant wait to book more lessons with him!

Or maybe you want to just do a solo act at the local open mic or for school. Whatever your reason I'm here to help and guide you! Even if you do not own a guitar just yet and want to try it out I can bring one of my extra guitars to a couple of lessons. I also rent out guitars as well for people just starting. I am very friendly and just love to play! I am looking forward to hearing from you!

About Daniel
Nothing is more satisfying than hearing yourself playing a song that moves and inspires you! With 15 years of playing guitar I now pass on that knowledge to my students. Helping people learn the fundamentals of guitar playing and music is both an amazing and invaluable experience. I got started playing guitar because it was unbelievably fun and that's how I think music should always feel. I am a Berklee College of Music graduate trained in electric guitar. While at Berklee I studied with Jeff Lockhart who mentored the funk band Lettuce, and I also was invited to play several gigs where the rest of the band were faculty.

I have a broad knowledge of music theory, guitar technique, and the nature of music. Whether a student wants to learn songwriting, scales, chords, or anything else, my Berklee education has prepared me to teach confidently.

About Itamar
Hi everyone! When I was a kid I fell in love with the guitar. I taught myself through high school and then was fortunate to be accepted to Berklee College of Music. With all of that knowledge I gained there, now I'd like to do my part for the world and pass it on, in the hopes of cultivating the same love of instrument that I experienced.

I'm a fun and easy-going dude, and I'll be happy to teach at whatever level the student wishes. I don't assign unwanted homework, I don't scold, or get frustrated. We are here first and foremostly to have fun!
