I met Jeffrey Harrison 12 years ago when I was done with school I was 23 years old. I had gone to audition for His musical theatre "why the birds sing to me". It was about a 20 years war in Northern Uganda of which I was a victim so I was familiar with the pain it came along with.

Jeffrey was very patient with the cast and believed in us. He gave us the best musical and theatre lessons. I loved the vocal drills
He was always available, kept time and wanted the best from us.

As for me, I loved music but wasn't familiar with theatre acts. He took his time to train me and bring the best out of me.

And for the first Time in my life i was able to perform in the National Theatre. I was a main Character so I was on the spot light. It was an amazing experience and I will never forget it.

Some of his cast members are now national celebrities like "Odong Romeo". U can find him on youtube.

You can also find the musical theatre "why the birds sing to me" on youtube. I am the girl singing in a white short and maroon skirt. What is life without love was my favourite song. It had a great meaning.

Jeffrey is Someone who would never give up until u got what he was instructing u to do.

He is the best Instructor ever.

I currently am going to school for music and intend to get my bachelor's in music theory and composition. I've had several semesters of music theory, sight singing, ear training, piano and guitar. I also play ukulele and percussion. I offer skill practice in reading/writing music notation, theory, rhythm training, solfege singing, and performing practices. I'm extremely passionate about this subject and it is one of my favorites to teach. Music theory is about the fundamentals in music that enable you to deconstruct any piece. Furthering your knowledge in this field will help you succeed in any music talent whether that be instrumental, voice, songwriting, etc.

About Baileigh

Hello! My name is Baileigh. I've been playing guitar for 8 years now. Along the way I have learned piano, ukulele, bass guitar, and fundamentals for percussion. I'm currently going to school for music, which I hope will help me pursue a career in music composition and songwriting. Aside from music,

Eric Ferrer teaching style is very clear/simple/ and intuitive. He really shows you there’s simplicity in learning anything. I thought the piano was a stride i always wanted to take on. Yet with Eric the process in learning how to use both hands was so simple that I was very surprised.

I recently bought a drum set to starting how to play but coming from no experience I had no idea what I was doing. I felt sloppy and uncoordinated so I decided to try and find a teacher that can meet my schedule/expectations. That is when I stumbled upon Eric Ferrer’s profile. The lessons were soooooo Simplistic 😌 he really gave me peace of mind. Eric Broke the process into its barebones and revealed how simple it is to learn drums. I love my new teacher, he has the best patience, attitude, and commitment to you the student and the lesson.

"AMAZING!

I met Dave in my music theory class at Ex'pression college. He's the reason why I'm making music today. I went from not knowing a thing about music theory or a piano to creating chord progressions, understanding modes, intervals, modal interchange, and how to read sheet music. He's extremely patient, professional, and easy to get along with. His passion for music and teaching is infectious, I highly recommend!!!"

Music Student Face-Off: Memorizers vs. Readers | Which is Better?

As you learn songs and work through your music books, do you memorize the notes? Or do you read along every time you play? In this post, music teacher Vanessa G. discusses the pros and cons to the approaches...   Imagine your teacher gives you a piece of music to study. What's your process? Do you listen to a recording, memorizing the melody and the stylistic aspects before you begin, and then as you play? Or would you sit down and sight read the notes, and perfect it from that star …
