As a violin teacher, I focus on two core concepts: having an idea of what you want to create musically, and figuring out how to create it. Playing the violin is learning to combine creativity and emotion with logic and practicality. For every piece of music I teach, I guide students to access their inner musical creativity (something I strongly believe everyone has!) in order to have ideas on how they can express the music in an effective and impactful way that makes sense, and to figure out what kinds of emotions they can bring out through the piece. I then give structured step-by-step instruction and guidance to gain the technical abilities and fundamentals needed to bring their ideas to life through the violin.

I teach children starting at 7 years old, all the way to adults. I teach each player proper playing technique that can be used for classical playing, fiddle-playing and pop music. I also teach music theory and sheet reading alongside violin technique. I tailor each lesson to the students wants and needs.

I have been playing violin for 20 years and have been trained in classical and Fiddle style playing. I also have a full knowledge of Music Theory and how to read sheet music. I believe that learning should be fun and rewarding.

Experienced violin teacher of 5 years available to teach students of all levels and age. I want your time of learning to be fulfilling and enjoyable. My goal is to teach you what you want to learn at your own pace. I can help you practice, prep you for an audition or performance, or give you career advice as well.

Welcome I am Cersilla Wolf and i love playing and teaching the violin. I got my start with this wonderful instrument fall of 2018. I am a self taught violinist. In spring I started classes at metropolitan state university of Denver where I was second violinist in their symphony orchestra. Currently I'm working on my first album as a solo violinist.

Music is a part of everyone's lives, and I believe the violin is one of the best instruments to make music. Also a challenging instrument, I am determined to help every student develop the necessary techniques and skills needed for violin playing. Especially with the current situation in the world, music is needed more than ever! I will strive to do what is best for each student, and I hope you will join me in making music.
