Antonella is an AMAZING teacher. I am an older adult student, with no music theory or background. She is very patient, accommodating, and uses very useful analogies that help me visualize what to do in a way that helps me learn and remember. My own weakness is in making time to diligently practice. I look forward to each lesson, and give her my highest recommendation.

Our experience with Antonella has been wonderful. She has high standards but is also extremely patient with young students. My daughter has learned beautiful technique but more importantly, she has expanded her mind, improved her sense of discipline and commitment and learned to play piano with a feel for the music. Working with Antonella is fantastic for the student and their parent/guardian. It's a joint effort. I highly recommend Antonella

I can help you overcome nerves and meet your performing goals. All ages and levels of experience welcome! Pop, Disney, Broadway, Classical

About Laura
Welcome to my studio!

I love getting to know all of my students and helping them achieve their goals. One of my favorite things about teaching is that I can meet musicians (that's you!) at all different levels and with varying interests. Whether you want to learn to sing pop, broadway, classical or just learn a tune on the piano, I am here to help!

I have been teaching for over 14 years. I have taught private lessons, group voice classes, beginning and intermediate piano, beginning music theory, and acting. I have taught in my own private studio as well as at the collegiate level. As your teacher, I will do my best to make sure your learning process is fun and that you feel comfortable. If you are nervous to try singing or piano, don't worry! I have dealt with stage fright myself and love helping my students out with nerves.

I am so proud of the many successes my students have had - from preparing auditions for college music programs (and getting accepted!) to going out for roles in their school musical or choir, or working on a community audition. I have helped my singers gain the confidence to sing at an open mic night, or perform a solo at their local church.

Whatever your goals are, I am here to help you grow and to learn to sing and/or play in a way that is HEALTHY and will help you keep making music life long.

John is a fantastic instructor. He has a love for educating others on musical expression and he is a wellspring of musical knowledge. He provides a depth to the piano that I wouldn't have noticed if I taught myself how to play.

John emphasized how to shape musical phrases to make music as opposed to a collection of notes. He had a good ear for honing in on my weaknesses such as how some notes that I played stuck out or the movement of my arms. Most importantly, he taught me how to approach practicing the piano in an effective way. I learned how to listen to myself and how give each note, phrase, and piece the attention and musicality it needed to sound beautifully.

For an adult learner as myself, he was accommodating with how busy I was. He adjusted to my needs and work schedule and taught at a reasonable pace. However, he also never veered from his expectations and praised what I was doing right and provided methods to fix what I was doing wrong.

Although there were times when John expressed his passion for music by delving into tangents on the broader historical significance of pieces, his mini-lectures were never irrelevant nor inappropriate. For example, he commented on how in waltzes, the rhythm on the left hand would need to emulate how a Romantic era string section would play it. For anyone who is serious about how or why pieces of music are meant to be played in a certain way, John is great about contextualizing pieces to make them sound great.

Most importantly, he made practicing piano something that was both enjoyable and challenging, which is difficult to find in a teacher. I owe a great deal of my musicianship to John and he met my expectations of learning the piano. Thank you!

I've been performing music live since I was 6 years old.

I've toured all over the U.S., Canada, U.K., and Europe.

I'm fearless on stage because of all the experience I've gained in front of large crowds. I can teach students what it takes to achieve fearless and confident performances every time.

About A.J.
I've been playing piano for 27 years, and I've been a touring musician & recording artist for 15 years.

I can teach anything about any keyboard or synthesizer: piano, organ, rhodes, analog synths, digital synths, software synths, Ableton Live, midi setup, production, beat making with midi, and the list goes on.

I'm also a trained vocalist. I can teach vocal lessons, but each student has specific needs vocally, so let me know what your goals are for your voice. Recording? Live performance? Just would like to sing better, but no specific goals?

I can teach songwriting, production, arranging, and how to be in a rock band. I have a wide range of experience in the industry, so I can teach anyone how to go beyond their instrument, and develop their music further into full compositions either by on their own, or with a band.

I bring a passionate approach to help vocalists develop confidence in their performance!

I’m a conservatory trained musician, with years of professional experience. I enjoy the balance of my work as a singer/songwriter, performer, producer and vocal coach.

As your instructor, I will help you build a solid foundation in vocal technique through breathing and vocal exercises suited to your style and skill while tailoring to your personal goals. We will then apply the technique to songs.

For those interested in performance, I can help coach your performance skills to help you feel confident, about singing on stage!

For those interested in songwriting, my lesson plan can include learning foundations in songwriting to help you create your own original songs and melodies.

About Jerrica
I am a professional singer, songwriter, pianist, recording artist and touring dancer. I was born and raised in Vancouver, BC, Canada and now reside in Nashville, Tennessee. I received my formal musical training with an ARCT in Teaching with the Royal Conservatory of Music. My performing experience plus the formal training, has awarded me the versatility to make learning stress free and fun.

With my move to Nashville, I have been doing more songwriting, recording and producing for myself and other artists. I have an exclusive production contract with a top producer/engineer in Nashville, Grammy nominated Joseph Magee (Pitch Perfect, Miley Cyrus, Jonas Brothers, Metallica, Whitney Houston, Etta James, Manhattan Transfer).

Unique for a young performing artist, I have enjoyed a balance in my life between science and the arts. At a
very young age, I received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Genetics from the University of British Columbia, while working as a professional Polynesian dancer crossing the Pacific for numerous performances.

In the beginning of my performance career, I appeared as a finalist in the Voice of the Philippines and Canadian Idol. I then performed on the road in China, Philippines, Japan, South Korea, UK, Ireland, Hawaii, Polynesia throughout Canada and the USA. In addition, my voice has appeared in TV & Film.

As an educator, I’m proud to say that many of my students have won the highest vocal awards at International Music Competitions, scored high on their music exams and progressed to acceptance at top music universities including NYU, Manhattan.
I teach my clients in my creative and comfortable home teaching studio in Nashville and online. I work with singers, pianists, songwriters and young producers of all ages and experience levels. The instruction is tailored to the individual musical goals of each student across many different genres.

I am a firm believer that great technique is essential to every style. I look forward to meeting you and helping you to become a better musician!
