I have known Sherrine for almost a year, in which she taught me Jazz vocals. I have a classical background and knew nothing about jazz at the time. Sherrine took time to explain me all I needed to know and begin my studies as a jazz vocalist. I adore her and recommend her to anyone who is looking for a private instructor.

I don't think there is enough words in the english language to express my gratitude for Sherrine. I spent 2 years under sherrine's tutelage, and during that time the amount of growth I experienced as a vocalist was remarkable. Sherrine is warm, inviting, and very focus on helping her students reach new heights during each lesson. I highly recommend Sherrine.

Ms. Sherrine has really helped me with my confidence as well as vocals. She is a pretty relaxed teacher and is welcoming to you. When I first started taking lessons with Ms. Sherrine I was very shy and tensed up all the time. But she helped me relax and loosen up a bit. And whenever I have lessons with her she made me fall in love with music all over again. She always made lessons fun while teaching me many new things.

"Shon is an expert at all aspects of teaching music on multiple instruments but is especially gifted at teaching music theory that helped me learn to play by numbers which helped me change keys on the fly. No more writing out the chords for praise and worship music. So knowledgeable. You need to stop think about it and call him up and schedule your first lesson. Shon rocks!!"

"I was blessed with an opportunity to take the course "Elements of Music" through the Worship Arts Conservatory. Jerry was the instructor. While I have zero technical knowledge of music I do have a passion for singing but was at a big disadvantage not knowing how to read music. I sing in the choir at our church and also sing on the praise team and his expertise in helping others to understand and successfully dissect written music has helped me acquire the necessary skills to take my passion to the next level. Jerry is a wonderful teacher who truly has an honest passion for music and an equal passion for helping others with their passion for music as well."

"When looking for an instructor what is best to find is knowledge of the subject. When it comes to Mr. Newbold, he delivers; Whether it be current or past. He has had outstanding experience with acclimating to every student's needs and learning style. He provides a great environment/atmosphere which is critical to learning. If his credentials don't speak enough, then his personal musical talent should."
