Cameron is an excellent teacher for me. I am 11 years old and have been playing for almost a year with him. He is patient and makes me stretch to be a better guitarist. He takes time to find songs at my level of learning and accommodates my tastes in music. I would recommend him for anyone who is interested in playing guitar.

I enjoyed my first lesson with Cameron. He explained things clearly so I could understand. Can't wait for my next lesson.

A solid teacher with a lot of experience

Cameron is great at tailoring the lessons to my musical taste without compromising the theory, basics and fundamentals.
I have been taking lessons for one year and will not go elsewhere anytime soon. His vast musical knowledge helps merge the theory with concrete examples. No question remains unanswered.

As an adult alto sax player, I had Lisa as a director/instructor in several small jazz ensembles. She is supportive and gave me a positive push ("a you can do this") in soloing/improvising. Lisa has been a mentor to me as I continue playing the sax and with her encouragement I was successful in performing in jazz band camp for 2 summers!

"Catherine always found different ways to explain theory points that I didn’t understand. She always found time to meet with me and definitely put 100% effort even when she was having a recital or in an opera. She is honestly why I was able to pass TP 1, 2, and 3. She is a natural teacher. I am so thankful to have had her the past two years as my theory and keyboard tutor."

"Jack is the best music teacher I have ever had, hands down! I started taking lessons from Him about a year ago and am so glad I stuck with them. He is very patient and understanding, as I just could not understand any theory for the longest time. I used to play piano by ear so I knew some things but when it came to reason and theory I was so behind but ever since I started to take lessons from Jack, I feel more confident in my playing and in my listening as I try to apply all of the things he taught me. He is very down to earth and has an accent so it makes the who hour more enjoyable. Overall I would recommend Jack to anyone, no matter how little or how long they've been playing!!"

"My name is Mary Mercurio Santos, and I am the Tutoring and Supplemental Instruction Coordinator for Azusa Pacific University. Adam worked under my direct supervision as a Tutor and Supplemental Instruction Leader for approximately three years while he was an undergrad at APU.
Adam's knowledge of music, and Music Theory is extensive and comprehensive, and yet he has the ability to break down these complicated theoretical concepts and make them easy to understand for even the most basic learner. I have seen him successfully tutor students at all levels of musical knowledge and experience. If you need to know ANYTHING about music, I strongly recommend you reach out to Adam for services."

"I never thought I would confidently understand music theory, even after years of practice, self-teaching, college electives, etc... I just never felt like I "got" it. Brad changed all that. Studying music theory with Brad's guidance and encouragement, I quickly began to feel as though I could "speak" music fluently.

Brad is a phenomenal teacher, and can adapt to almost any situation. If I wasn't understanding something, he never got frustrated, he would find a way to explain it differently until something finally stuck. That's very important I think. I've had too many teachers give up and say, "If you don't get this, you never will." Brad doesn't think like that. To him, "just not getting it" isn't an option. If you want to learn something, he'll find a way to teach it to you."
