Music Theory can seem like a hard or boring subject to learn and it has been for a simple reason. All theory info needs to be APPLIED to practical uses as it is being learned! My training in Study Skills has shown me how to teach a piece of theory and then immediately give the student examples and show ways to use it in songs... now. This provides the correct balance of Information and Application. Theory is a breeze done this way.
