It is my goal as a teacher to "decode" each individual student's personal learning style. I strive to create a fun and safe learning environment and to instill the values of lifelong learning, curiosity, and self-improvement in my students. I firmly believe that students can begin learning a musical instrument at any age. While I love working with children, I have developed a specialty in teaching adult beginners. The majority of my students are adult learners between ages 25-65 who are either learning an instrument for the ...

Thank you Amy. The lesson was absolutely wonderful! One thing though, as I was trying to take notes, the information coming at me started coming at me too fast. It was like a whirlwind came flying just over my head. But I did manage to catch much of it. Good stuff.

Wonderful lesson after we figured out what screen we were both looking at. Thank You.

"Anna is skilled at both her art and her instruction. Right away she helped fix my posture, which has been a problem since I started violin four years ago. She is patient when I have difficulty sight-reading, play out of tune, and even when she knows I haven't practiced enough. Anna is also super punctual yet flexible with rescheduling. I really recommend Anna whether you are a dedicated musician or just want to keep a little music in your life."
