Since the beginning my voice has become stronger. I am able to sustain longer phrases in singing, the use of dynamics and proper placement when singing. I can't believe how far I have become! I sang all my life but I was singing with the worst technique possible. Celine has helped me to find my true voice and soon it will all come together!
I take lessons with Celine once a week and I enjoy her enthusiasm and kindness even if I don't do my best. Thank you Celine for helping me reach my dream faster to become a great singer!

My goal as a voice teaching is to make singing efficient, artistically satisfying, and fun! I believe that all styles of singing can be produced healthily and no style is inherently better than any other. Within lessons, I focus on breath management and resonance so that students can acheive the sound they want in a healthy manner that doesn't fatigue their voice. I teach various styles including classical, musical theater styles, and contemporary commercial music aka. pop/rock. I am influenced by evidence-based singing practices, historical singing teaching, and speech language pathology practices.

Our voice is such a unique instrument, because it is inside of us. It makes the act of singing amazing and hard at the same time, because we all have different instruments and there is no general rule that works for everyone in the same way. When I teach, I always take into consideration the uniqueness of the voice I am working with, and this requires a great deal of attention and sensitivity. I am very passionate about teaching and my goal is to share my passion and my knowledge, in order to acquire the tools to develop that beautiful instrument that our voice is!

It is always exciting when a vocal student is ready to start studying his or her first operatic aria! One of the best things about being a classical singer is knowing you have so many great years ahead of you. After all, you’re considered in your prime in your 40s. That being said, realize that the voice you have now and the repertoire you’ll first study will be very, very different from what you sing later on in your career. It’s absolutely crucial that you sing repertoire that is …
