I believe that every student has his/her own need because we are all unique as human beings, every one of us has their stronger and weaker skills and my job as a teacher is to find the best tool to pass to the given student.

I am strict but fun, whichever amount the student needs more.

I use the Suzuki books because the songs (and later pieces) in are very good, popular, fun, and evenly progressive.

Achievements depend also on the student and the amount of practicing done at home. I as a teacher can only do that much in passing my knowledge and spur the student own. Practicing at home is very, very important.

I am a classically trained teacher with ten years of cello teaching experience. Making music through cello is such an enjoyable thing. Therefore, no matter what level of playing or what piece you have in mind that you always wanted to learn,please come to me. I will design a lesson plan and practice plan according to your needs. In my lesson, you will learn music theory,music history,cello technique and of course, music appriciation. I will also chose the right method book regarding to your playing. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned player wishing to brush up on your skills, I can help you develop a more in-depth experience with your instrument. I work with students of all ages. I emphasize developing proper technique, achieving efficient practice, and paying attention to details in the music.

I LOVE teaching cello! I enjoy not only sharing my love of the music and the instrument, but also helping to expand my students' knowledge and hone their technique. My approach focuses on giving students the tools they need to become more independent musicians, so that the learning process will continue outside the lessons. This mostly consists of teaching a student how to practice efficiently and effectively, so they develop a good ear and become adept and solving their own musical problems or struggles. I will work with you to reach your cello playing goals and to enjoy yourself in the process!

My focus as a teacher is to coach my students to their best performance. As they play, I encourage them to listen to their sound and then use what they hear to shape their growth. I then add to their thoughts, pointing out the positive aspects of their performance and giving them directions for how to improve.
