*** Lesson Details ***
Damien is a very patient and moderately, laid back teacher. He will teach what you want to learn, yet give you suggestions on other avenues to approach. Basics lead to complete knowledge of any subject. S
tarting from the beginning of what a student knows and moving forward step by step will only lead to perfection in their lessons. Having fun doing this, is the only way to keep a student focused and progressing. Enjoyment is the number one focus of Damien's lessons. If a student isn't enjoying and having fun with their lessons then they will not progress.
Damien teaches ages of 5-99. You are never too young or old to learn. Damien's main focus is guitar and music theory

*** Travel Equipment ***
I would expect the student to provide their own guitar (if necessary) and a notebook
I have private parking for my students, so they don't have to worry about parking, ever !
*** Specialties ***
I have been taught, on a college level, of classical, jazz, ethnic musics. I specialize in guitar, theory, composition.

I am quite pleased with Joshua's growth thus far! After playing his bass guitar with a start up teacher for 3 years, Joshua was ready for more. He needed someone new to push him to the next level. Not only is Damien perfecting Joshua's skills, but is introducing Joshua to music composition. I absolutely LOVE THAT!!! Thank you Damien because every time we visit, Joshua leaves with something new! FABULOUS INSTRUCTOR!!!

Not only do I teach the basics, but I'll set you on a track to develop musical confidence for any situation. Let's do this!

About Daniel
I believe music lessons should be a blast or they shouldn't be at all. I love teaching kids of all ages (adults too!) and jamming out to their favorite songs. Of course there's so much to learn, but there's a way of pacing out the material so they can have fun while learning the theory and technique.

My teaching methods include all the basic elements (technique, theory, ear training, performance, etc.) but my approach is more based on the needs of each student.

* Lesson Details *
I meet each student in the way they need to be met: if they need a serious approach, I meet them with the same intensity (and raise them a few!). Most students seem to prefer a laid back, more "fun" approach, which I am excellent at providing as well.

* Travel Equipment *
We can make arrangements if the student doesn't own the instrument

* Specialties *
Piano - A focus on fundamentals and technique
Guitar - I teach all the basic styles (pop, rock, jazz). I specialize in Bluegrass/Folk/Country rhythm and lead guitar styles
Drums - West African
Recording/Production - Ableton/Pro Tools

Danny's enthusiasm for his music and his work is contagious! He knows his stuff, that's for sure. But what's really great about Danny is his personality. He is so calm, and very kind and respectful, no matter what your level of skill or knowledge. And he has a terrific sense of humor. You will definitely have fun while learning from Danny!

Danny is probably the sweetest most patient teacher i've ever had the pleasure of learning from. Whenever I felt flustered Danny would calm me and go over the lesson from top to bottom until I was comfortable. He is an excellent source of musical inspiration as well. 10/10 Would take lessons from in the future

Danny knows what he is doing and even more knows how to teach it! He connects to the music in a very personal way, but can still relate to you even if you don't "get it yet." Meaning, even outside of the classroom, he has all the elements you would want. He listens, thinks, and tried to focus on exactly what you need and how he can provide it to you. I strongly encourage you to contact him!

I am a professional guitarist with international touring experience, endorsements, and qualifications in theory and composition. I have been teaching private lessons to students aged 8 to 65 for several years. Tailoring the lessons to reach the your goals, we can explore areas such as learning your favorite songs, writing your own, while forming a solid basis of musical knowledge, and the tools you will need to grow into a capable and fluent musician.

From my experiences in independent bands, I can also offer consultations and advice on soliciting endorsements, creating press kits, writing press releases, and other ways to promote your album.

About Sally
I grew up in New Zealand playing all sorts of instruments before focusing on guitar. My guitar took me all around the country touring with bands, and then eventually to the USA, where I was fortunate enough to tour extensively throughout the States and Canada as a session player. Since then, I have released an album with my own band, picked up endorsements with my favourite companies, and shared the stage with many of my musical heroes.

As a teacher, I love to help students begin their own musical journey and find their voice. From the beginning, I want to help give you the tools you will need to express yourself on your instrument, and can tailor the lesson plan to suit your goals and interests. I have taught students from ages 7 to 65, both as a private teacher, and as the in house instructor for a guitar store.

In NZ, I complet
ed the Royal Schools of Music Theory certification, and Cambridge AS Level Music.
