Feedback

I think Tim is doing a great job with our kids to keep them interested in their lessons. This is their first musical lesson of any kind for them and so far Tim has the right mix of lessons and fun. I know that Tim wants them to practice between lessons so it will be important for him to give us instructions on exactly what they should be practicing so we can ensure its completed.

Good Experience

Our experience with Timothy P. has been very good. My 6 year old son started lessons with Timothy ten weeks ago and I'm amazed at what my son has learned in that short amount of time. And when my son decided he had a mind of his own about what he wanted to learn, Timothy was happy to adapt to that.

She asked me what I wanted to learn and assisted me in a very patient way, and showed me the correct way of strumming and whatever else that was needed. A very good start.

Felicia is a great teacher! We work well together, she asks how I want to learn and she helps me to understand what I’m learning! As an adult learner, it helps that she can modify my lesson to suit my specific needs. I think this will be a great partnership!!
Autumn
Felicia has truly helped me improve on the viola. From spotting my wrong bow hold to making sure that I am absolutely positive on where the fingerings are for the key, she has most definetly improved my playing over all and is helping me advance past most of my peers in my school orchestra.

Albino - I just wanted to say thanks again so much for everything you did for me, I'm having so much fun recording. I just finished up my first track and was able to include guitars, bass, piano, drum and vocals, I can't believe how quickly you taught me all of this stuff. This is a huge improvement from where I was a few months ago. Thank you again!!!
Franny
Albino is an amazing teacher and musician. He has the ability to inspire you musically and make you feel very comfortable while doing it. He has taught me many new approaches, tips, and tricks to music theory. He has helped me to be able to really understand why things are the way they are, and not just figure things out on paper like an equation. Definitely the best tutor I've ever had! I'd highly recommend him.

Three lesson in an William has exceeded my expectations.

William is a kind talented person and has not only been extremely patience but his teaching method is making sure I understand what I have to do in order to be successful at learning the guitar.

He has been extremely helpful in providing me with great options in selecting a guitar. Not only did he make great suggestions on what I should purchase but made sure the instrument was in top form by giving it the once over after I made the purchase. William's ability to provide helpful information and the his willingness to share his expertise has gone above an beyond my expectations.

I am looking forward to my future lessons and learning the correct way to learn how to play the guitar.

Thanks William!

"I should note first that Calvin is teaching my 13-year-old son both piano and guitar (electric and acoustic) and has been for nearly two years now. Calvin is an excellent instructor and really inspires my son to try harder to improve his skills on all three instruments. He is patient, but has high expectations and he supports and encourages by sharing his own stories of his life in music and how he has had to work to perfect a skill or overcome a difficulty. He challenges my son just above his ability level so it is not stressful, but it isn't easy either. Calvin is great at helping students develop expression so the piece sounds really good, while also encouraging the student to add his own style, when it is appropriate. Calvin is flexible and communicative. We home school and he is very kind in helping us come up with a manageable schedule. We are so grateful for Calvin and his sharing the gift of music with our family. I recommend him without reservation."

"Remi is very talented and extremely patient. He has a keen eye and ear to be able to spot the little details necessary to improve one's performance. My son has already exceeded my expectations in music talent and ability thanks to Remi and we have a lot of fun experimenting with sounds that I didn't know were even possible with a guitar. The On-Site lessons are definitely a step above in quality compared to the online lessons, and worth the extra cost. As Remi likes to say, "It's not hard. It's challenging." And I might add, "It's fun too." Looking forward to the time when the student becomes the teacher."
