I teach since 1996 and every minute with a student counts, every note they learn to play, every skill they develop with my guidance is a joy for me.... I feel happiness by helping others find a new way of saying and feeling (through music)... I also love to play music with my students.

I have played the guitar for over 20 years and love its range and versatility. With lessons from me, you can expect to learn a variety of styles, proper technique, and keys on how to correctly practice.

I'm a self taught guitarist of 15 years, specializing in acoustic guitar. I incorporate percussive and fingering techniques that I breakdown to each of my students. I've performed thousands of times throughout venues, bars, restaurants, etc. and have a great background on performing guitar and vocals.

Whether you're a beginner, an intermediate or advanced, my acoustic guitar lessons cater to all!

All ages are welcome! We will definitely learn songs, but in order to truly become an amazing musician you must also focus on building strong technique. Taking lessons with me will ensure that you’ll be able to learn songs and parts by ear. No more tabs! Here’s what we’ll focus on:

I have been paying guitar/bass and performing live for over 8 years, and have 2 years of teaching experience. My strongest genres are blues, folk, and classic rock, but I can teach the basics of any genre, and will adapt my lessons to the goals of the student. I can help beginner/early-intermediate musicians develop their ear, learn to read music, develop good technique, and deepen their appreciation of the music they already love. I have been playing the acoustic guitar for 13 years. As a recent graduate from Southeastern Louisiana University, I have been teaching guitar and ukulele lessons as well as classes since the spring of 2017. I hold a bachelor's degree in music performance with my primary instrument being the guitar.
I can also help you to acquire a solid foundation of music theory knowledge. You can better understand music theory concepts if they are paired with guitar techniques to supplement them.
If you are a complete beginner, do not be afraid! I will help you to learn at a pace which is comfortable but still effective for you. These lessons will be focused and designed to fit YOUR needs. Let's learn together :)
