Bass Guitar Lessons in Lea Hill. Amazing Teachers.

I've been a musician all of my life. I have a music education degree and have performed in professional ensembles. I've played bass guitar in a funk rock band, covering many Red Hot Chili Peppers songs, as well as others from the 90's.

I currently focus my energy on the acoustic guitar, however I feel very comfortable playing and teaching introductory and intermediate skills on the bass, including techniques in finger picking and slap bass techniques.

Curriculum will include technique, styles discussion, songs, and performance.

All levels of bass instruction are available, as well as styles. Rock, Blues, Jazz, Country, Progressive, Funk, and more!!!!

I've been performing music for over 15 years. I've been teaching guitar and bass for the past three years. I like keeping guitar fun! I will work with each student's individual needs and goals. I like all kinds of music and styles so don't feel embarrassed if you wanna learn a Taylor Swift song or Old Town Road. I like pursuing what the student is interested in while still teaching essential skills like rhythm, note reading, picking, muting, etc. Reach out and lets chat about bass!

I teach bass guitar to students of all levels and ages. My lessons are customized to the student's needs and goals as well with the support of methods that I consider specially important to the learning of the bass technique, such as: "Hal Leonard Electric Bass Method Book I, II, III", followed by uncountable songs that will be suggested either by the student or me.

Enjoy learning to play electric bass with harmonic and rhythmic understanding. The bass drives the band!

Bass Guitar:
Also called Electric Bass puts down the foundation in the band or orchestra. Besides learning notes, chords, finger exercise and theory the student will also learn how to play with a pick or their fingers and incorporate plucking, slapping, popping, and strumming techniques.
