Jeffery really looked forward to weekly lessons with Roger which were only discontinued because we relocated out of state. Roger was not only a teacher but also a mentor to Jeffery, allowing my son to explore all genres of music and methods.
Roger is classically trained and teaches his students to read music and is knowledgeable and offers up to date music lessons.
My son is now in college and taking a music major. I am truly convincined that Roger's influence and care helped grow Jeffery's natural interest in music. I would highly recommend Roger for music lessons. He is a gifted teacher.

About David S.
CloseDavid enjoys teaching students from all different backgrounds and levels of proficiency. Whether you are just starting out or a virtuoso shredder in the making, he is happy to teach you! Over all, he is fairly laid back, as long as you practice. He usually combines work with reading off of the treble clef (what he likens to "eating your vegetables." You may not want to do it, but it will make you a healthier musician!) with learning more popular songs (or songs the student says they would like to learn) through tablature and chord charts, depending on the style of the song.
David is also very pro music theory. He usually incorporates music theory into the curriculum in conjunction with the material already being discussed. He is also very knowledgeable about composition/songwriting, and if the student is interested in learning more about this area, he is happy to share what he knows!

About Jeremy B.

Students can experience a lesson plan directly formulated towards their own personal interests. This could range from basic guitar fundamentals, which include learning basic chords, scales, reading music, playing different rhythmic patterns and playing beginner level songs. More advanced topics could also be implemented such as, modes, rhythmic syncopation, and harmonic chord progressions. Also, if the student wants to learn how to play their favorite songs this can also be arranged.
About Jeremy
I have proficient skills in music performance, sight reading, sight singing, music theory, part writing and composition. If you want to start to uncover music theory, or you just learn to play a few of your favorite songs or solos I can help get you where you want to be. I look forward to teaching all inspired musicians

He's played every genre you can imagine and has something to offer every student. In the 3 years that I've studied with Thomas, I went from an amateur to an intermediate, and am currently working on reaching that next level.
With a teacher like Thomas, you can have that progression. I find a lot of benefit in having the same teacher as well over a period of time.
I would highly recommend Thomas to any student of any level.
