I have a lot of experience teaching piano and I am good at recognizing strengths and weaknesses that students need to work on. To do this, I provide piano materials that help students improve while having fun during their practice sessions. I always try my best to teach, and I love to teach students who are passionate to learn music. I can teach you not only classical, but also any pop, jazz, musical variety genre.

I have been teaching piano to all ages and all abilities for 5 plus years. I will adapt to whatever level and need met your needs.
I have experience teaching all genres from Rock and Roll to Bluegrass to Classical.

I'm am a music therapy student who is soon to graduate from Berklee College of Music in Boston. I have over 10 years of experience playing the piano and receiving lessons. I am happy to teach beginner-to-intermediate students of all ages. My lessons can be catered to meet your specific needs and goals. Potential goal areas may include piano technique, sight-reading, ear-training, repertoire-building, etc.. I have an extensive background in both the classical and jazz traditions and can help you to learn a variety of styles.

My main goal is making sure the student is having fun while learning! I cater my lessons around the individual student, because I think that students learn the best doing something they love. I cover the fundamentals - music theory, proper technique, note reading - while incorporating songs and activities the student will enjoy. While every student will learn the basics, I focus in on the student's specific interest during the lesson, whether that's classical music, pop, musical theater, or jazz.

I have been playing piano for 23 years and cello for 16 years. I love sharing music with others and seeing them grow to love music as well. I am currently a pianist for the KC Ballet’s ROAD program. I have a Bachelors of Music from Lindenwood University. I have been a piano accompanist for 7 years. I taught 5th grade Orchestra Club in the Fort Zumwalt School District and was a substitute teacher for Orchestra classes for 3 years. I have been teaching private lessons for 10 years.

I've been teaching piano for over 20 years. My background is in classical, musical theater and pop, so whatever your musical goals--I'll help you to achieve them. I believe in a stress-free approach to learning piano and my students will tell you that my first priority is that piano lessons are fun and educational. I include lesson books in my lesson rates, so there are no lesson books to purchase. I'm looking forward to seeing you at the piano!
